I’m raising my daughter in BGC currently, but there are drawbacks. Want decent education and don’t want to homeschool? You’re going to pay over $10,000 a year. Limited opportunities to play sports. Surprisingly, hardly any playgrounds. As they get older, are they learning to drive in this traffic? Lots to consider that I feel like so many people don’t think about.
I've been finding time to watch your videos these days since I came across to one. As a Filipino I'm happy that you're loving our country as much as we do. It might get a little too hot here but it will pass. 😅 New subscriber here. 🫰🏻☺️
This is such a great rundown. What I felt when I was in BGC was that the place felt...alive (unlike here in Los Angeles, of all places). People were doing activities all over the place. The malls were filled with people -- malls here in the US are boring and dead compared to the Philippines. BGC is great. Real estate prices are just going to shoot up.
Got emotional again, It’s the people and I agree, every time I travel Ang touchdown in airport if you compare how Filipino greet you compare to other countries you will the difference coz you can see them smiling.
