#howtodraw #digitalart
as someone who’s currently struggling with drawing anything without hating it, this is helpful qwq :D
I've been drawing for about a year now, and I did develop this idea of improvent through continuous and consistent drawing. And so I did, I drew more consistently and began seeing an actual improvement in my ability. And then today, everything just fell. I wasn't drawing anything good. It wasn't even "something looked off", I was drawing actual dogwater. And now I don't know what to do. I've gone to several videos but all its done is given me the same question, including this one;
I think another important thing is to never settle for where you already are. I see so many people go like "Well, I suck at lineart. I'll just do sketches only for the rest of time." It's an ok mindset if you're only drawing for fun, but you should always be striving for more if you're doing it for self-improvement.
Have you guys heard the video of Pewdiepie learning how to draw? Watch closely, pay attention to around day 24
Thank you; I really needed to hear this. Been depressed & frustrated with my art journey as of late & have been discouraged to draw due to having the mindset that I'm wasting my time or end up scrapping my drawings because it doesn't look good. Lately been getting back into doing sketches & studies thanks to mindful advice from other artists that I watch. Hope to continue to make steady progress & not beat myself up if I don't like it; it'll get better with time ☺️
your brushwork and line weight is immaculate
The glasses girl was very handsome 👀
Your videos and so chill and thoughtful! Love your content and your work 💫
Big thanks for you for saying copying is an important skill. It gets talked down on and discouraged by a lot of artists, even some of my favourite art teachers on youtube, because they're afraid people will misunderstand and misapply what they mean by copying. It's currently the only skill I have confidence in, so by you saying it's important helped me have the courage to practice again today.
Wow I remember watching a video of yours a few months ago and seeing the sketching now, you've improved considerably! Gives me mad motivation!
Thanks man, I'm self taught too I'm 17 and working on female anatomy and keep getting stuck on the shape and stuff like that but looking back at my old drawing are getting my self esteem back up. thanks for the vid.
Lovely guy, lovely art, i love this!
i love your vids sm, great as always
this is very inspiring to hear! Currently goin through the i hate whatever i draw phase, so now I'm motivated to just "trust the proccess" :')
I drew shapes, failed again and again for an hour, cried for 30 minutes and gave up...this as been hapening for weeks if not months since i "came back" to art, stopped for 2 years...and even before, i drew a circle and cried, why? Because failure...just because failing is something that make u go down as quick as a rock, your video is incredible, i love your art, your advices are amazing but i am not progressing, but im gonna keep trying, and not progress and i know it.
I've been watching your tutorials for half a year now and they're really helpful, especially this one was really helpful
Niro, you are my inspiration :)
Been drawing for a few years now, i remember feeling happy with my drawings, even though they weren’t good, now i can look back and be happy that i kept it up and my friends and family were so supportive of me.
love the way u drew nanami and those other guys
Your artstyle is like feast for my eyes, im always not stisfied with my drawings, but whenever i watch your videos i came up with many ideas and solutions, so thank you for making videos and sharing your process ❤❤❤
