As a Ugandan, I can tell you we don't have much of the chief culture (like in Nigeria). Arranged marriages are things of the past.
Also, they were so many Ugandan youths (especially guys) that became extremely wealthy after spending 1 year or 2 in South Africa. They were rumours that they were Sangomas in SA. Now I know the rumours were true.
It is sad.. Imagine we love and open our hearts, country only for them to scam😭

Thank you for this episodes and this is a syndicate and I think the only way is to expose this scammers especially those who have social media accounts. This guys don't have any spiritual powers the only use powders that they use in their rooms makes you to just agree to everything and those muthis or powders are from Uganda or Tanzania.

I only survived because I like money and I don’t spend money on men. I just looked at his clothes and knew he is not worth the risk because I won’t get any money from him 😂😂😂and I ran 🏃🏾♀️
I can relate but mine was a woman that was manipulating me. All the process of manipulation and a person talking including a ceremony that was done in my absence at night and they refer you to people who sell what is needed and you are told not to tell anyone. It's manipulation that you fall into the trap.
Someday I think we should talk about why other women from other african countries don't date South African men. But meanwhile South African women date foreign African men
