    You've changed your style, and location! Nice workout for the back, but the music is a little too loud (and not really necessary).

    I like your chair exercises, but I can't follow along with you because the background music is too loud and drowns out your words.

    Anne, I keep getting ads during the workout. Do you know how to eliminate these? I have joined your group but haven't been given a way to pay.
