My 2016 Retrostar is still going strong; it's a tough motor. Not so tough items I've had to replace are the nasty clutch cover gasket, front master cylinder and the R/H fork leg. Only the gasket could be obtained from Sinnis (back in 2019), everything else has been found at CMPO. Being so niche (read: small-run) there's no hope for a rear carrier, so I had to manufacture my own to allow a small top-box to be fitted. It's a fun bike, but I have to accept that the first major mechanical failure will kill it.
They produce clones of jap engines, so the jap parts generally fit perfectly. I have a 125 with the Suzuki gn engine and all gn bits fit perfectly. Engines are generally tough and well built in these bikes.

Are you using the original downpipe? If not what is it and where did you get it from. Cheers
A real shame they stopped making but those exposed USD forks look vulnerable.
What 250cc engine is that. Lovely looking bike
A Chinese knockoff of a Suzuki engine.
