Finally a Hispanic recipe for arroz con pollo. All I've been finding were americanized versions that excluded tomato paste. I've never made this before vote I knew it should have a tomato flavor. Thanks for this!
Thank you! My husband always talks about his grandmother's arroz con Pollo. And I've researched it asked his mom for the recipe (she didn't have it) but this is the closest thing I could find to what he described. So I'm in the process of making it. Already did a taste test n it's awesome

Thank you for the video Abby, it reminded me of how my mom used to cook. First add Adobo, then Garlic and onion powder, more Adobo, Sazon, salt, more Adobo, fresh garlic, sofrito and recao. Did I forget the Adobo? Oh yes, more Sazon and a bit more Adobo. After 30 years living here in Japan, I don't think I could survive my mother's cooking. You know how bland Japanese food is? Soy sauce, sugar and Sake. They use that in everything. Aye dios mio.

How much chicken Bouillon is in a packet? The equivalent of 1 tsp of better than bouillon or a chicken cube?
