I want to say thank you for teaching me to cook. Thanks to your teaching methods, I may not be known as even a decent cook, but, when it comes to my Puerto Rican food, everyone wants more.

Thank you so much! My father said it came out amazing!!! He was the cook in the family and made the best Spanish dishes. born in Puerto Rico and raised in the Bronx, its hard to impress him but he was so impressed and I was proud of those skills you brought out in me. your videos are amazing and I did my Pernil for tomorrow, used your sofrito recipe and Pernil recipe.. I'm on a roll because of your videos. Thank you so much. looking forward to watching more!!! buen provecho!!

I have watched a lot of your videos. I love the way you organize things, speak very slow and clearly, and how clean you are. Your recipes are amazing. I am puertorican and an avid cook of our food, but I get to see new ways and ideas on your videos. Keep the videos coming. Gracias

I like watching you cook. I'm 72 years old and I make this arroz con pollo in a similar way .Both My mother and I always washed our rice. It does taste differently. I also use very little salt when we use salted pork , ham, capers, tomato sauce and other products in our cooking.I also use "adobo" for the chicken a few hours before cooking.Anyway I enjoy watching you cooking and teaching us new ways of making our best dishes come together. !Buen provecho desde San Juan!

Thank you so much freakin rican! This was the first time I got to make arroz con pollo and I am so pleased with how it's turned out. I never got to learn my abuelita's way of preparing this dish and my cousin is the only one who knows really but she's never had time to show me. Now I can finally start making more spanish dishes and add my own style to them. Thanks so much!!

Hi Chef, we love your cooking channel, My wife is Peruvian and we eat many, many different Peruvian dishes. We are enjoying a lot of your recipes and they are rico. I was looking at your soffrito, it looks like either pesto or chimichurri, made with basil and parsley, and a few others. What is the basis of your soffrito, if you don't mind me asking. We are here in Lima, Peru right now, because of this virus thingie, we've here since Dec., the gov't here stopped international travels back in February, and we were scheduled home in April. Anyways, I love this arroz con Pollo dish you prepared today, and was wondering what could I use for our soffrito. Thank you have a great day, and see you in the kitchen..Chefbob
