- Hi friends! We’re back with another grad school week in my life and it’s a busy one. I’m in my sixth week of my Counseling Psychology master’s program and this week had lots of school, work, and trying to fit in the rest of life. heyyyy, it’s the hawk (; been meaning to ask, how are you able to meal prep while paying attention to macros for lifting/working out? i’ve been really into that lately but i also need to get physically active tbh.
Hawk! 💛 I can talk about all that more in a video...I feel like there's lots to it, but the biggest thing for me is being prepared ahead of time so that I always have healthy food I like ready to go! Also I eat kind of the same thing a lot of the time...just switch out a few things here and there when I need variety.
