thanks to you i crafted an amazing spiked gloves. its stats are 84 max life, 1 max frenzy, 2 strike skills, 42 light res, 15 attack speed and an open suffix, i made my first mirror tier item.
You could also, btw, lock prefix and reforge caster on the spiked gloves to get elevated frenzy charge for only ~12-13ex, gotta imprint before so you can go back to +1 frenzy base
I elevated the strike skills on the spiked gloves to have an elevated base to imprint. Needed 3 imprints to hit t1 life. The rest went smooth, first try to hit t1 attack speed and the global crit strike chance unveil.
Hi, I know this is an old video but hopefully you see this and can answer my question. When you awakener orbed the gloves together and got melee damage prefix it was very lucky, but what if you had an open prefix instead? What would be your next step to fill the last prefix before doing suffixes? I thought it would be lock prefixes and then reforge life to attempt at T1 life but with that option you could also fill out the suffixes to brick the item completely. What are your thoughts?
I’m new to the game and I’ve never crafted so I’m trying to learn and understand. I have a question. At 10:15 when the annul didn’t hit the fire res, why did reforge speed before annulling again? To me it seems annulling again will give you 50% to hit the fire res and reforging speed before annulling gives you only 33% to hit the fire res. I’m sure there’s a good reason for it that I just don’t understand.

Hmm definitely physical damage to attacks, probably attack speed and then crit multi/crit chance if you're crit-based. Probably some life and then things like intimidate/strike skills can be good depending on the type of build? I'm sure I'm forgetting some but phys to attacks + attack speed are probably the most important!

Wow, grats on the craft.. Man, I wish I could get rolls as easy as you do. I would have used all 1200 alts and still not rolled. My annuls ALWAYS take my good mods. I get so frustrated with crafting bc its rng and I have such bad luck that I end up stopping the league out of frustration. Then come back late in league and just do cheap builds that I worked on in pob.
In this case, since you started with prefixes, you were able to use multi-mod + prefixes cannot be changed to increase the odds of a successful Aisling. However, in cases where you start with suffixes, wouldn't it make more sense to skip annulling off the bad prefix and just gamble for a 33% chance Aisling to remove it? The reason I ask this is because in your other videos you usually do the lock and annul, but if you calculate the odds of hitting a 50% annul + a 50% Aisling, you ultimately only have a 25% chance to complete the product, whereas a YOLO Aisling would have a 33% chance to be finished. It's worth noting that both methods have drawbacks; going for the annul you might annul off the lock which is a 2ex loss each time, and going for the yolo Aisling there's a 33% chance to hit the lock which would require a keep suffix reforge prefix (1~2ex on TFT). Personally I think going for the 33% yolo Aisling will save money in the long run. What do you think?

This is great fun. I made some high end crafts myself this league, but when I finished with the league I ended up just giving them away. Hopefully next league I can do some early in the league and then sell them. How long do items this expensive usually take to sell?

I'm working on a Flicker build as well with Double Strike for bossing - would a pair of Elevated Gloves with Culling Strike and Strike +2 be slightly better for single target?

I'm glad you're enjoying the videos! I certainly will do more. As for league start crafts...those are tricky because they often rely on cheap, but more risky methods such as fossils/essences and it totally depends on the meta! But I'll share what I can in the new league :) One thing that will ALWAYS sell well is boots with movement speed and resistances which you can get by crafting with Rog/Essences :)
attack speed while focused is actually multitudes of times better 20 crit, at the high min-max point of the flicker strike where someone is buying/crafting gloves like this 20 crit chance/20 increased damage is at best insignificant.
Hmm that's tricky because -9% is a suffix and power charge is a prefix :( That is when crafting gets nasty because you can't craft the prefixes and suffixes separately

TBH a lot of people will craft on Aspects to make their item look better than it is, but in this case it was just straight up ignorance on my part and I didn't realise that Flicker builds actually make use of that mod : )

Aisling removes one random modifier before she adds a veiled modifier. If you have Prefixes Cannot be Changed, it can ONLY remove a suffix. By crafting on those two mods, Aisling has a 66% chance of success, whereas if you only crafted on Prefixes Cannot be Changed, you'd have a 50% chance of success :)
Oh...interesting. Does that beastcraft say "Add an influenced modifier to a Shaper item" or "add a modifier to a Shaper item" (I'm using Shaper as an example, but there's one for each influence type). I'm pretty sure it's the latter but if it's the first one then that'd work too!
got a question. what if u don't annul the lightning resist, and just aisling with preffix cannot be changed? in that case aisling will remove attack spd, preffix cannot be changed, or lightning res. which means 2/3 chance to NOT remove the attack speed. and it will require no multimod.
@@joejim4563 yes, but i can craft the prefix cannot be changed again, and that is the same result if u hit the wrong mod with annul. cause we have harvest craft "keep prefix" so that we can fix it anyway.
Another thing you mustn't forget is that if we Aisling and remove Prefixes Cannot be Changed, the item will have 6 modifiers so we can't go for a safe 1/3 annul to get rid of the lightning res because we won't be able to lock prefixes before the annul meaning we have a 1/6 chance to remove the correct mod and could brick the item entirely! Going for the annul first is absolutely the right thing to do :)

Hmm you won't get anything too fancy for only 1ex :( You can get the +1 strike skills from the new currency items so if you search "~ strike skills implicit" on the trade site you should see some gloves and see what you can afford!
The “trick” of locking prefixes to divine the suffixes at 12c per doesn’t seem as good as the “trick” of just buying reroll lucky on TFT (either suffixes or all)…..? Nice gloves though, and another nice crafting video!
Those don't have a high chance to roll perfectly and take a lot of time to buy :( but yeah, if you have a ton of free time and aren't going for perfect, that method is cheaper for sure!
I'm jealous. Gloves are the last thing I'm min/maxing for my impale flicker and i'm too lazy to finish the craft. League is just meh at this point. Can't be bothered. Very badass gloves though!
1:00 You can also Prefixes cannot be changed and do then a Chaos More Common Harvest to get the second Hunter mod on. It is Chaos Damage over Time for the gloves. I think you should rather do that because there are only 2 affixes that uses Chaos Tag, so you chances are better to get that one. This is for those who does not have the luxury when you do not have those 3 prefixes filled.
9:12 if you're crafting for flicker strike, then 72% increased damage with non-vaal skills during soul gain prevention is actually insane, isn't it? Flicker strike doesn't have a vaal version anyway, which means most people are probably using vaal haste, impurity of fire/lightning, or vaal ancestral warchief, all of which have long soul gain prevention timers. 30% ele damage after crit chance probably breaks even with it during bosses with long invuln phases like uber elder or maven, but I think it'd be straight up better than ele damage for most situations.
Tbh since now you can get extra strike so easily + the fact life is the most valuable stat in the game IMO these gloves whilst looking pretty af won’t sell
Nice vid, but... Why would you block Attack and Cast speed while focused? That's a decent mod. There's a garbage Minion mod with 2000 weight which you never ever want to unveil.
I don't think I had found that one to block it :( Maybe I did but I don't think so! But I also wanted a very specific unveil so I wasn't willing to settle for that focus mod (which is a great mod!)
damn u was lucky I spent almost 70ex and until now didn't get the ele dmg but got t1 life also everytime I went to Aisling it remove the attack speed :(

1 mirror actually scam LMAO. I bought similar ones but instead of increased melee damage I got with T1 Res and crafted attack speed and I did pay 40ex, yours are a bit better in terms of damage compare to mine but I don't think are worth more than 100/120ex IMO. A few days back it was on trade similar to those with 2 strike frenzy T1 life T1 resis T1 attack speed and Aisling crit ele for 200ex. Nice video 👍

Doesn’t the awakener’s orb completely reforge the item? So, can you lose +1 frenzy that way?
counting the bases how much was this craft total? considering you hit all asling and most of your annuls, is it viable if sold at 160ex ?
just fyi... aspect of the cat isn't necessarily cheesy. All flicker builds have to have it on either the gloves or jewelry

After using awakener’s orb and locking prefixes it’s better to use essence of zeal to get attack speed

You can't use essences on items with metacrafts :( it gives an error message lol

By crafting on those two mods, Aisling has a 66% chance of success, whereas if you only crafted on Prefixes Cannot be Changed, you'd have a 50% chance of success :)

Oh...interesting. Does that beastcraft say "Add an influenced modifier to a Shaper item" or "add a modifier to a Shaper item" (I'm using Shaper as an example, but there's one for each influence type). I'm pretty sure it's the latter but if it's the first one then that'd work too!
got a question. what if u don't annul the lightning resist, and just aisling with preffix cannot be changed? in that case aisling will remove attack spd, preffix cannot be changed, or lightning res. which means 2/3 chance to NOT remove the attack speed. and it will require no multimod.

in that case, if aisling hits the prefix cannot be changed, your left with a bad tier of lightning res on the gloves with full suffixes
@@joejim4563 yes, but i can craft the prefix cannot be changed again, and that is the same result if u hit the wrong mod with annul. cause we have harvest craft "keep prefix" so that we can fix it anyway.
@@stalememe9250 you wouldnt be able to as the unveiled mod still counts as a suffix while unveiled, so you would still have full suffixes
Another thing you mustn't forget is that if we Aisling and remove Prefixes Cannot be Changed, the item will have 6 modifiers so we can't go for a safe 1/3 annul to get rid of the lightning res because we won't be able to lock prefixes before the annul meaning we have a 1/6 chance to remove the correct mod and could brick the item entirely! Going for the annul first is absolutely the right thing to do :)

Hmm you won't get anything too fancy for only 1ex :( You can get the +1 strike skills from the new currency items so if you search "~ strike skills implicit" on the trade site you should see some gloves and see what you can afford!

The “trick” of locking prefixes to divine the suffixes at 12c per doesn’t seem as good as the “trick” of just buying reroll lucky on TFT (either suffixes or all)…..?

Those don't have a high chance to roll perfectly and take a lot of time to buy :( but yeah, if you have a ton of free time and aren't going for perfect, that method is cheaper for sure!
I'm jealous. Gloves are the last thing I'm min/maxing for my impale flicker and i'm too lazy to finish the craft. League is just meh at this point. Can't be bothered. Very badass gloves though!

You can also Prefixes cannot be changed and do then a Chaos More Common Harvest to get the second Hunter mod on. It is Chaos Damage over Time for the gloves. I think you should rather do that because there are only 2 affixes that uses Chaos Tag, so you chances are better to get that one.
This is for those who does not have the luxury when you do not have those 3 prefixes filled.

if you're crafting for flicker strike, then 72% increased damage with non-vaal skills during soul gain prevention is actually insane, isn't it? Flicker strike doesn't have a vaal version anyway, which means most people are probably using vaal haste, impurity of fire/lightning, or vaal ancestral warchief, all of which have long soul gain prevention timers.
30% ele damage after crit chance probably breaks even with it during bosses with long invuln phases like uber elder or maven, but I think it'd be straight up better than ele damage for most situations.

Nice vid, but... Why would you block Attack and Cast speed while focused? That's a decent mod. There's a garbage Minion mod with 2000 weight which you never ever want to unveil.
I don't think I had found that one to block it :( Maybe I did but I don't think so! But I also wanted a very specific unveil so I wasn't willing to settle for that focus mod (which is a great mod!)
@Lolcohol probably you just didn't unveil it during this league and therefore didn't have it in the crafting bench
damn u was lucky I spent almost 70ex and until now didn't get the ele dmg but got t1 life also everytime I went to Aisling it remove the attack speed :(

1 mirror actually scam LMAO. I bought similar ones but instead of increased melee damage I got with T1 Res and crafted attack speed and I did pay 40ex, yours are a bit better in terms of damage compare to mine but I don't think are worth more than 100/120ex IMO.
A few days back it was on trade similar to those with 2 strike frenzy T1 life T1 resis T1 attack speed and Aisling crit ele for 200ex.
