Grew up in Twain Harte and been riding Dodge Ridge for as long as I can remember. Was able to get up there yesterday and It’s awesome to see they are getting a bike park built out. If you roll up there again there’s some good trails around Lyons Reservoir that would be good to check out as well.

That’s were I grew up skiing all the time. Small resort but it was a lot of fun. Glad to see them getting on board for mtb. Take it easy. I am still recovering from a broken toe.

I went snowboarding here once when I was in high school. Looks like fun flow. Nice little village too. 🔥🔥🔥🤘
That green needs a tune up, looks a bit too pedally, especially if you start at the top-ish of a mountain. A green flow trail should be like Going Green/Snow Summit, Upper Green Horn/Green Horn/Fools Gold Snow Valley, Easy Street/Sierra Angelfire and Verde from Snowmass.

Many years ago, when I was a snow bum, Transworld Snowboarding listed Dodge Ridge as one of their 10 best small ski resorts. Whether on bike or snowboard, I need to make my way there at some point.
Hey Tony, Bear Valley is also open for mountain biking, looks like they have one green, blue, and black trail so far.

Do you mention the cost and if you need a reservation to enter the park? Any idea when the park will close the season? thanks
They stay open until it snow - parking is on premises and no reservation needed. It's like 50 bucks.
No off road biking in Yosemite except one small area, not great for mountain biking.
It's not in Yosemite National Park. It's in Stanislaus National Forest and you can ride all over the whole area, you don't have to stay on the resort. Some trails to look up, Crabtree, Pinecrest peak, Lyons reservoir.
