These sound great. To me active pickups have their greatest advantage in a single coil-esque application. I'd love to see a 7-string single coil option from Fishman. I know it's not a super common layout, but my Ibanez has 7 string single coils and I'm itching for some actives to replace them.
I hear Hendrix in little brief moments then it suddenly goes into Roy Clark then to Billy Gibbons and then something of his own and round and round not settling in on any one player or style. All over the damn place. Greg you would have fit right in on that old show Hee Haw. Think of all them cute little country bunnies hoppin` around you as you wore a straw hat with a rope belt holding up pants way too small. ;-)
Greg such a versatile player wow
He plays some Rainbow. Thank You for that. ;-)
Man on the Silver Mountain (1975)
Single-Width tone for the 21st Century. Think they sound good here? You should hear them live 😉

They almost sound like humbuckers in the second voice + distortion
