Haha, this is proving to be a really popular question! I don't have a tutorial because I was simply wearing my 'fro, I was visiting Exchange Place which is in New Jersey, literally next to Manhattan, NYC. If you look closely you can see the Manhattan skyline in the background. It was a really windy day and I was taking about 50 selfies, as you do lol, and the wind blew my hair up and bam! That's how the picture got taken. 😊

I love your journey and your hair.. my hair loses moisture quickly, I use a bit of grease or oils to seal the ends.. what else would you recommend to help hold the moisture in?

Hi there, I think natural oils are the best. You can test out lighter oils (eg grapeseed, jojoba) or medium to heavier oils (coconut, olive, castor, JBCO) to see how well they perform in your hair. If they don't work great then try butters, as they are thicker and heavier. I hope this helps! x

Joy Ann Watkins there is no problem using petroleum to seal in moisture on your hair it is the best sealant to keep moisture in longer but it doesn't feed your hair with vitamins.
Best oils and butters to seal in moisture in 4c dry hair to retain length in the long run are
      Petroleum based hair pomade
      Castor oil
      Shea butter
      Jojoba oil

Hi, I just want to say I love your hair. I'm a 4b natural and trying to grow out my hair. It's short now. My main problem is styling. My hair shrinks a lot, so i'm wondering does your hair shrink? I know you are a 4c but do you have any tips for my hair type? Thanks

Yes, my hair always shrinks and I just embrace it - it's a sign of healthy hair! Some people put their hair in braids overnight to stretch it, for example here: ua-cam.com/video/J6ONEVstU4w/v-deo.html

Hello! I am a new subscriber. I really love your hair. How can I make mine like yours? What products do you use? I have a 4c hair.

Hello Ladesa, I use a range of different products so I don't have one brand that I stick to. I've answered your question here: ua-cam.com/video/RxolCCyA1IQ/v-deo.html

Thank you, that was very informative. I ordered a reversible bonnet from SuperFunkyMe. It is so soft on my hair and I love it. I ordered another one last week. Thanks for the hook up!!
