  • I've got plenty of request asking where do they get the right cream cheese powder, the preferred cream cheese brand, etc. Hence, noticing the difficulties of trying to follow the cheese tea recipe, I've taken my time to remake and revise the cheese tea recipe! I have it further simplified with the same flavor outcome and this time it is really easy to be made!

    ** Use a fork to mash up the cream cheese. Leave it out so it gets closer to room temperature so it is easier to work with. It is also good to use stainless steel bowls that have been chilled when working with whipping cream. To get the best results with the cream.

    Btw when stored in refrigerator how long will it last? I'm planning to make a lot to store and use during some times I'm making a drink
    Edit: I just saw your blog and it said only lasts 24hours. Will it last longer kept in freezer?

    • @3thanwong

      Freeze not possible. They will separate once they are thawed.
      If your chiller is cold enough, 1-3degree celsius, should be able to hold it to a maximum of 5days with a little separation. Make sure to cover it with a cling wrap otherwise they will absorb other flavors easily

    I tried your recipe multiple times - always turns out very tasty.
    Is there a way to make it “foamier” so that it will stay afloat longer? I like the cheese foam and tea separately rather than all blended.
    Thanks in advance!

    • @3thanwong
      @3thanwong  3 роки тому +2

      🤔 I never tried this before, but logically, fats floats and water will merge with the tea/drinks.
      So reduce the amount of milk (water + fats)
      Increase the amount of cheese or cream (these two have higher amount of fats).
      Play around with it and see increase which one works better for you. Either way, they should float well. Just have to make sure the cheese are well beaten so you don’t have any lump of cheese.
      Hope this helps! 😊

    • @3thanwong
      @3thanwong  4 роки тому +1

      There is plenty of cream cheese brand.
      Like places that I saw in many countries in Asia, usually they are around the dairy/cheese section.
      Or shops that sells baking needs usually have them.
      Some of the cream cheese brands;
      Anchor
      Kraft
      Philadelphia
      Tatura
      Emborg
      Meanwhile for cream cheese brand;
      I only found Kraft.
      The main cheese u need will be cream cheese block, not the powder form.
