New Trail System Now Open! Ki Chi Saga Park built by Pathfinder Trails

- Jess and I hit the new trail system at Ki Chi Saga County Park in Lindstrom, MN. This trail was built by us at Pathfinder Trail Building. We built most of it at the end of last year and then finished it up in March. The trail has seen a lot of rain since then and could really use some love. I think the county is trying to get a maintenance plan and people together. This is Chisago County's first trail system and if you'd like to help out and be apart of a new MTB community please reach out to Chisago County Parks & Rec.
This is a small system with a main loop of about 3 miles of green flowy singletrack that is adaptive friendly along with some optional blue lines. Jess and I lapped the drop line a few times and we ended the ride with 4.5 miles. This is a great system for all skill levels but especially good for beginners to intermediate riders. Plenty of rollers and berms to build skills in pumping and cornering with optional blue lines to conquer as the skills grow.
