That's the convenience of an online class. And, there aren't any assigned reading (unless you have Robbins) per se, but there is a slides lab that you can work on your own or in a small group throughout the year. Start early on that.
Probably nothing. You will not be penalized, but if you want a certificate at the end, you need to watch almost all the sessions on your own time. Additionally, to get a recommendation from Dr. Minarcik, you will need to pass an oral (about ten questions) from the lab that you do on your own or in a small group. Congrats on your MD-PhD candidacy, by the way! Really impressive.

This is my question as well. I work nights in pathology and am very much looking forward to furthering my knowledge but might not be able to attend during the live session. I will eagerly keep up with the readings and watching archived sessions, though.
What happens if I drop the course in the middle of lessons? 'cause i'm attending also a Md-PhD at my university and I don't know if date will be overlapping... thanks in advance
