Thank you for all of this wonderful information. Would you happen to have a video or know of one explaining the distinction between pseudoinvasion and invasive carcinoma. I am asking this with a tubulovillous adenoma located in the sigmoid colon in mind. Thanks again.

This is wonderful. Do you know where I could buy the software to visualize realtime histology (not pathology) slides?

    hi john,
have you tried putting simple links to your actual slide files on the power point slide? would save you having to delete the original files and keep the power point itself smaller. however you'd have to always still have the files on your computer...
    great stuff doc :)

yes I have tried that, but remember I cannot use online viewers because they interfere with the bandwidth of my webinars

Hi John, How do you make fpx files?

      Hi Gerald,
They are already made. There are about 500 of them already made at the University of Iowa's virtual histology web site, covering most normal and common histopathologic diseases, available free, but with a reasonable handling charge. The generally cover all these areas --> www.medicalschoolpathology.com/RockLab.htm
If you have a hard time dealing with them, I will be glad to send you mine, if you can send me a 64 GB blank flash drive and SASE, Kindly, John

With my limited knowledge, asking what was SASE...I just Googled it :-) I'll join it with the flash drive...I was wondering about the size of one slide in this format fpx? Probably different and less by far from the svs format, if you can fit the 500 slides in a 64 GB drive!
      Regards
