GIRD is a disorder in which there is a restricted Internal rotation. This is due to posterior inferior Capsular Contracture. This is called Internal Impingement. In this condition the internal rotation of shoulder is reduced as compared to opposite side. Sometimes External rotation is increased as a result of compensation.

Sir, I have all the symptoms go GIRD Syndrome. Internal rotation deficit, also problem while lifting overhead weights. Also MRI showed Mild tendinitis in supraspinatus and Subcoracoid bursal fluid.
It's been 5 months I'm suffering from the pain, kindly suggest me the solution.
