Dr Vitale. I love him and I believe in him BUT He created the 4 phrases Dr. Hew Len NEVER, ever said them. I hope someone continues the ORIGINAL Ho 'oponopono ART as Wonderful Morna Simeona and Dr. Hew Len taught it.

You stated this beautifully and addressed "resistance" that I've not heard others speak about but I've encountered and wondered about. Thank you for this teaching.
I've been watching video's on this topic all day. THIS is the best video to date! THIS is amazing. The explanations are simple but with depth. Thank you!
You are a great teacher and very listenable. Thank you for your inspirational and motivational videos. " Peace is an inside job." There's a quote-able quote, if I ever heard one!
You have so articulately and comprehensively explained Hew Len's process. Excellent!! After studying many paths and methods for a number of years, I realized they all say the same thing but complicate the soul's transcendence. The universe/God doesn't make things difficult. Beauty, love are simple.
You explained it very well.Thank you for taking the time to share this important message 🧡 I have just found Ho'oponopono afterany years again, and its no accident..this time I feel its really resonating so much deeper, as I've been learning about the power of pur thoughts to create our reality.. and so im embracing this new relationship with Ho'oponopono in a much deeper way now.🙏💫🧡 Blessings to you and Dr.Ihaleakala, and Joe Vitale for spreading this wisdom, its needed now more than ever.🙏🍀🍓P.O.I.
It is continually true that I am happy to listen to you and would be happy to listen to you all day... So grateful for your channel. Love you lots.
Thank you for the exquisite and exclusive content. I love your brilliant statement from karma to yoga but need help understanding it’s meaning. Would you please enlighten me?
Thank you for your appreciation of the content. The concept of "karma to yoga" encompasses a profound shift from unconscious action (karma) to conscious unity (yoga). Karma represents our actions, often accumulated unconsciously through our thoughts, emotions, and physical deeds. These unconscious actions create memories that manifest as pain, sorrow, and challenges in life. Yoga, on the other hand, signifies union. When we transition from karma to yoga, we become aware of how our inner actions shape our reality. By consciously aligning our thoughts, feelings, and actions, they no longer operate unconsciously. Instead, they become an extension, a mirror, and a conduit for the unity of life itself. This transformation allows our thoughts, emotions, and actions to harmonize with the interconnectedness of existence. For further understanding, please look at this video: ua-cam.com/video/C_pYll-nwdo/v-deo.html Much blessings and peace!❤️🙏
Time i have started doing ho'oponopono my life went 20 years back i am facing the same emotional storm which i left 20 years back please guide me so I can follow the path for my betterment
The point of power is always NOW. In the NOW, we can relate to the past and memories of the pained version of ourselves with compassion, forgiveness and reconciliation. In the present moment, we can ask the Divine within to guide and help us to look at our past and the memories that play out as hurt and sorrow, with wisdom. Embracing this power of choice allows you to perceive yourself in a new light. I encourage you to explore these two shorts on forgiveness. Thank you so much for your question! The beauty of Ho’oponopono lies in its simplicity and adaptability, so yes, you can absolutely adjust the order of the phrases if that feels more natural or meaningful to you.
Thanks for your wonderful video. You are really making the world a better place. I have a question. I started doing the prayer for last 2 weeks after seeing your videos. Till 2 days, If I had a wrong thought or wrong emotion, I say to God "I'm sorry" and I used to get back to normalcy. For last 2 days, I'm not able to control emotions. My emotion is mostly helplessness. I was in a life situation where I cannot make any change. Is it ok to out pour my emotions? Was I resisting earlier? Please advise.
Thank you so much for your kind words and for sharing your journey with this practice. It’s truly inspiring that you’ve embraced Ho’oponopono and are exploring its depths. What you’re experiencing is a natural and very profound part of the healing process. In the beginning, saying “I’m sorry” and reconnecting with Divinity can feel like a release, a way of clearing surface-level energy. But as you continue, it’s common for deeper layers of emotions-like the helplessness you’re feeling now-to rise to the surface. This isn’t a step backward, and it doesn’t mean you’re doing anything wrong. In fact, it’s a sign that your practice is working. These emotions are coming forward because they’re ready to be acknowledged, loved, and released. Let me reassure you: it’s absolutely okay to outpour your emotions. Allowing yourself to feel them, without judgment, is a vital part of healing. Emotions like helplessness often arise from situations where we feel we have no control, and they invite us to surrender-not as an act of giving up, but as a way of trusting the Divine to guide us through. Rather than resisting or trying to control your emotions, try holding space for them with compassion. You can use the Ho’oponopono prayer as a way to nurture yourself in these moments. For example: “I’m sorry” - for the pain I’m feeling and the parts of me that feel helpless. “Please forgive me” - for any part of me that believes I need to control everything or feels disconnected from love. “Thank you” - for this opportunity to feel and release what no longer serves me. “I love you” - to myself, to the Divine, and to the process of healing. It’s also important to remember that healing isn’t linear. Some days may feel easier than others, and that’s okay. The key is to allow the process to unfold naturally, with patience and self-compassion. You’re not alone in this. We’re all walking our own paths of healing, and what you’re experiencing is a shared human journey. I’m sending you so much love and strength as you continue. Trust that the Divine is with you, even in the moments that feel the hardest. You are doing beautiful work, and I’m so proud of you for showing up for yourself. If you’d like to share more about your journey or have additional questions, feel free to reach out again. Sending you peace and blessings always. 💜🙏
If for early psychosis? My daughter said that the sound is noisy. Do you mean that we must have the ability to let go of all the thought that arises? Actually, it doesn't really clear all that thought that inside. It only lets you remember back your past life that's all?
Thank you for sharing your thoughts and concerns. I can sense how deeply you’re exploring this practice and the complexities it brings, especially when supporting your daughter through something as delicate as early psychosis. It’s clear how much you care, and I want to honor that love and effort you’re putting into understanding this. To address your question about thoughts and letting go, Ho’oponopono isn’t about forcing the mind to go silent or erasing all thoughts. Instead, it’s a gentle process of clearing the energy or memory behind those thoughts. When we say the phrases-"I’m sorry, Please forgive me, Thank you, I love you"-we’re not trying to control or suppress anything. Instead, we’re acknowledging what arises with compassion and inviting healing for the subconscious patterns that may be driving them. It’s true that this practice can bring awareness to aspects of our past or unresolved energy, and while that might feel like remembering a “past life” or past experiences, the goal isn’t to dwell there. Instead, it’s about releasing the emotional or energetic charge connected to those memories so they no longer hold power over the present. For your daughter, especially in the context of early psychosis, it’s important to approach any spiritual or meditative practice with great care. If the sounds or thoughts feel overwhelming, it might be helpful to modify the practice. For example: You can repeat the phrases silently in your heart rather than aloud. Focus on the feeling of love and acceptance, rather than clearing or letting go. Consider supporting her with additional grounding techniques, like deep breathing or simple affirmations, to help her feel safe and centered. Above all, Ho’oponopono is about creating a space of love and healing-not forcing any specific outcome or clearing. The process works best when it’s approached with gentleness, patience, and self-compassion. Thank you again for sharing this. I’m sending so much love and strength to you and your daughter on this journey.💜🙏
Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts and your knowledge about Ho’oponopono! I love how connected you are to the concept of absolute responsibility and the idea that we are all interconnected. What you mention about Dr. Hew Len and his work at the psychiatric hospital is such a powerful example of how our inner cleansing can have an impact on the world around us. When I say that Ho’oponopono "is not about changing others," what I mean is that the main focus of this practice is to work on our own energy-to clean the memories and subconscious beliefs that are reflected in our external experiences. By clearing those memories within ourselves, we create a space for healing, and that internal change can influence others in profound ways, as Dr. Hew Len demonstrated. In reality, we’re not "changing" others directly. Instead, by taking full responsibility for our perceptions and cleaning what’s within us, we contribute to the well-being of everything around us. It’s like a ripple effect. As you beautifully put it, we are deeply connected, and our personal healing can have beautiful and positive effects on others. I love how you explained it, and I think this exchange enriches everyone’s understanding of Ho’oponopono. Thank you for sharing your perspective and for practicing this beautiful philosophy of life. Let’s continue to clean together with love and gratitude. 💜🙏
Thank you for your question! The beauty of Ho’oponopono is that these words-"I’m sorry, Please forgive me, Thank you, I love you"-can be said at any time. There’s no strict rule about when to say them, as the practice is meant to be personal and flexible to your needs. Here are some suggestions for when you might use them: When You Feel Triggered or Upset If you’re experiencing strong emotions like anger, fear, or sadness, saying the phrases can help you acknowledge and release the energy behind those feelings. When You’re Reflecting on a Problem or Situation If something in your life feels out of balance-whether it’s a relationship, a health issue, or a challenge at work-you can direct the phrases toward the situation as a way of taking responsibility and creating space for healing. As a Daily Practice Many people use Ho’oponopono as a meditation or prayer, repeating the words regularly to clear subconscious memories and connect with love and gratitude. Whenever It Feels Right Trust your intuition. If a thought, memory, or situation arises, you can use the phrases in that moment to bring peace and clarity. The key is to approach the practice with sincerity and intention. It’s not about saying the words perfectly or at the “right” time-it’s about allowing them to work within you, helping you release, heal, and reconnect with love. I hope this helps!
can you use it to heal your own health such as arthritis or other illnesses with this technique; I imagine yes but having a hard time wrapping my mind around it.
Thank you so much for your question-it’s a really important one, and I appreciate your curiosity and openness. Yes, Ho’oponopono can be used as a part of your healing journey for physical health challenges like arthritis or other illnesses. While it’s not a replacement for medical care, it can support your overall well-being by addressing the emotional, mental, and energetic layers that may contribute to physical symptoms. The key is understanding that Ho’oponopono isn’t about “fixing” the illness itself. Instead, it’s about clearing any subconscious memories, beliefs, or emotional energies that might be influencing your experience of the condition. The practice invites healing by creating space for love, gratitude, and forgiveness to flow-both toward yourself and the situation. For example, you might use the phrases like this: “I’m sorry” - for any part of me that has forgotten my wholeness or held onto pain. “Please forgive me” - for any subconscious patterns contributing to this experience. “Thank you” - for my body and all it does for me, even in its challenges. “I love you” - to myself, my body, and the Divine for guiding me through this journey. This process helps shift your energy, bringing greater peace and acceptance to your situation, which in turn can positively influence your physical health. It’s not about trying to “force” a cure but about nurturing an environment-emotionally, spiritually, and energetically-that supports healing in its own time and way. If wrapping your mind around it feels challenging, that’s okay! Healing is as much about trust and practice as it is about understanding. Start where you are, approach the practice with patience, and allow it to unfold naturally. The more you use it, the more you may notice subtle shifts-not just in your body but in your relationship with yourself and your circumstances. You’re on the right path just by exploring these ideas. Sending you love, strength, and healing energy as you continue your journey.
Taking a vow of silence can indeed offer a powerful path to introspection and self-discovery. In the quietude of our minds, free from the constant projections, we often find our true selves emerge naturally. It's in those silent moments, devoid of memories and projections, that our authentic essence becomes unmistakably evident. This inner light, the essence of our being, has the remarkable ability to dissolve the illusions of limitation. Bringing these mental projections back into our awareness for cleaning, forgiveness, and transmutation is an empowering practice. Through this process, we gradually uncover the truth that lies beneath the surface. It's a journey of peeling away layers of illusions to reveal our inherent truth and boundless potential. Thank you ❤️🙏
@@spiritualhub3878 😇💜🙏 🕉️TODAH RABBAH kind soul 🤗 sending you a hug 🤗 My inner excavations have led me to some still quiet waters, considering the sludge that I had to circumnavigate lol 😆 regardless of how it all came about ~ it is these moments during my 24s that encourage me in my spirit because you, my friend help me show up in my world regardless of outside circumstances I am an asset to my atmosphere that I know however, always still a work in progress I know heaven is that space between inhalation and exhalation for me when I start to get wobbly from a misaligned focus to something outside of myself, I could go on and on here however, the bottom line isTHIS IS “ THE DAY” 🎁🌞🕉️🙏
Dr. Hew Len actually did the prayer while reading the patients charts AND while feeling the horrible feelings he felt when reading them. I believe you are incorrect in saying we shouldn't do the prayer while stressed. He taught over and over to clean more as soon as a negative experience happens. 🤦🏼♀️
Thank you for taking the time to write your response and share your experience with this video. We are encouraged to clean 24/7 in both stressful and peaceful situations. The first mistake pointed out in this video is that instead of accepting and taking responsibility for the data and memories that play out as "horrible feelings", we RESIST them, DENY them and sweep them under the carpet. RESISTANCE and DENIAL are not cleaning and we actually accumulate more DATA through this mistake. In Ho'oponopono, we accept responsibility for these memories and judgments (right, wrong, etc) by accepting them, forgiving them, and appealing to the Divine to transmute and release these emotional charges, blockages, and errors into peace. The point that this video is making is NOT TO RESIST the stressful feelings but to witness the programs of the narrative and their "horrible feelings", accept them as showing us the condition of our mental landscape and cleaning them as an act of responsibility by appealing to the Divine who knows how to clean the Data. Thank you again for clarifying. Peace ❤️🙏
Both of these are new age trends, not accurate to authentic or even the word Ho'oponopono itself. He did not speak the four phrases while in the hospital working with patients, he was assigned by Morrnah Simeona his teacher to work with them using a "cleansing prayer" he documented it. If you notice in the book he never directly said he used the four phrases. Morrnah worked with him as he was a devotee.. he used the quick cleansing prayer she created in the original 12 step process of Ho'oponopono. Secondly, after her death, he began teaching as if he was imbalanced from "solar chakra" several things indicate this: 1. selling prayer for money & commercialization against his teachers wishes, unwritten rules of ANY true spiritual practices. 2. Prayers were solely and only focused on self..he taught people entering/ during near landing plane to do only "ha" breathing... this is used for self. Vs teacher Morrnah who taught to cover entire plane before take off protecting whole plane and passengers. 3. Taught students to repeat his name, his business card and other objects focused on black magic. Storing mana inside objects was practiced by Kahuna Ana Ana (dark magicians) 4. True practice, you clean self first, then moving up chakras above the solar plexus you clean for others when the time comes... to stay praying for only yourself, is direct indication of imbalance. The Hawaiian practice and true kahunas teach oneness, this can only achieved from the heart space.❤ He is forgiven, as we all are through the Divine, Jesus, our Aumakuas guilding us...to stay stuck in self, you perpetuate fears of generating abundance, selfishness and ignorance. ❤

Amazing! Give me more clarity about the process. Many thanks for taking time and sharing this with us!
When so we say these words
Thank you for your question! The beauty of Ho’oponopono is that these words-"I’m sorry, Please forgive me, Thank you, I love you"-can be said at any time. There’s no strict rule about when to say them, as the practice is meant to be personal and flexible to your needs.
Here are some suggestions for when you might use them:
When You Feel Triggered or Upset
If you’re experiencing strong emotions like anger, fear, or sadness, saying the phrases can help you acknowledge and release the energy behind those feelings.
When You’re Reflecting on a Problem or Situation
If something in your life feels out of balance-whether it’s a relationship, a health issue, or a challenge at work-you can direct the phrases toward the situation as a way of taking responsibility and creating space for healing.
As a Daily Practice
Many people use Ho’oponopono as a meditation or prayer, repeating the words regularly to clear subconscious memories and connect with love and gratitude.
Whenever It Feels Right
Trust your intuition.
For example, you might use the phrases like this:
“I’m sorry” - for any part of me that has forgotten my wholeness or held onto pain.
I need a vow of silence 🤫 until I can stop projecting

My inner excavations have led me to some still quiet waters, considering the sludge that I had to circumnavigate lol 😆 regardless of how it all came about ~ it is these moments during my 24s that encourage me in my spirit because you, my friend help me show up in my world regardless of outside circumstances I am an asset to my atmosphere that I know however, always still a work in progress I know heaven is that space between inhalation and exhalation for me when I start to get wobbly from a misaligned focus to something outside of myself, I could go on and on here however, the bottom line isTHIS IS “ THE DAY” 🎁🌞🕉️🙏
Secondly, after her death, he began teaching as if he was imbalanced from "solar chakra" several things indicate this:
1. selling prayer for money & commercialization against his teachers wishes, unwritten rules of ANY true spiritual practices.
Storing mana inside objects was practiced by Kahuna Ana Ana (dark magicians)
4. True practice, you clean self first, then moving up chakras above the solar plexus you clean for others when the time comes... to stay praying for only yourself, is direct indication of imbalance.
The Hawaiian practice and true kahunas teach oneness, this can only achieved from the heart space.❤
He is forgiven, as we all are through the Divine, Jesus, our Aumakuas guilding us...to stay stuck in self, you perpetuate fears of generating abundance, selfishness and ignorance. ❤
