Thanks for your wonderful video. You are really making the world a better place. I have a question. I started doing the prayer for last 2 weeks after seeing your videos. Till 2 days, If I had a wrong thought or wrong emotion, I say to God "I'm sorry" and I used to get back to normalcy. For last 2 days, I'm not able to control emotions. My emotion is mostly helplessness. I was in a life situation where I cannot make any change. Is it ok to out pour my emotions? Was I resisting earlier? Please advise.

What I found out along the way is, When I asked myself 'what is it in me that is ......' then I blamed myself and I got stuck. Which again doesn't work. The mind has a way of coming up with all sorts of things. The truth is, the process work but we need to be aware of our mind.
