5:19 might be wrong information ; not 50% magnesium in bone tissue . 50% of all magnesium in the bones - it's a huge difference..

I would also suggest reading the labels on bottles. Most will list the magnesium as pure elemental, however that is a blend of magnesium oxide and glycinate. If you can get ITL brand you will be getting actual pure mag. glycinate.

Can i take magnesium chelate...kindly guide
For myself, taking magnesium before bed gave me the worse sleep and heart palpitations and the same goes for to much vitamin D. Everyone is different. Do what works for you and listen to your body
Did you use magnesium glycinate? Because some other forms of magnesium can cause problems. 💚
I was recently diagnosed with AFIB (or as I call it the disease from hell as it fills like someone is punching my chest as hard and as fast as they can). I was also diagnosed with a magnesium deficiency. I take this supplement daily and it helps to keep my AFIB under control. Since I am not a good surgical candidate for ablation, I hope the magnesium glycinate controls the AFIB. It also has reduced my blood pressure to the point that I am off all blood pressure medication. Too bad my doctor did not know the benefits of magnesium glycinate. My concern is whether or not my AFIB will cure itself in time.
Stick with it, and keep eliminating alcohol, caffeine, and don't over fast between meals. Glad to hear it's helping you. 💚

Thanks, Ryan. I am a little concerned, now, however, as I am taking something called Magnesium Bis-Glycinate. But if I read the back of the label it says that this product is a blend of glycine, magnesium oxide, and magnesium bis-glycinate chelate.
Bisglycinate is usually fine, but I wouldn't take a product with magnesium oxide personally. It is not very good.

I'm not familiar with a brand with the pure powder for Mg glycinate, however I would recommend just cracking open the capsules if necessary and put it in a drink. 💚

Can magnesium glycinate solve insomnia?
I take this as you said for improved sleep.. but seems like i get a bit of acidic stomach like gastric.. why so?
You may be a little sensitive to it, if the valve on top of your stomach is a little loose. Magnesium can sometimes make it a little looser and some acid can reflux. If that's the case, take it earlier in the day. You'll still get the benefits of relaxation at night.

One question I have, if you have to take other medications or supplement, do we need to take magnesium at a different time? I know calcium can cause poor absorption of other medications if taken at the same time.

Vitamin d does work without magnesium
If you take vitamin D with combination of K2. And magnesium So you will se batter results. Because these 3 vitamins are working together . Simple vitamins D is not batter. Because it will work with vitamin k2. I will suggest you do some search on youtube. And you will found how these vitamins are working together

I took a high quality magnesium for 4 years and developed a permanent hacking cough. It stopped when I stopped the magnesium.

did a google, it said magnesium oxide can cause "metal fume fever" which includes coughing.
