Any other Americans here who just love hearing Andy talk? Bits n' bobs..😊 I love it!
I prefer bits and boobs 😂
... and, "Bob's your uncle!" I love it, too!
Yeah, no guns required. No assault rifles etc, etc.🤣😱
Odds and ends :)
No.(Lying)
Patty's shaping up really well! That roof tent is amazing, I wish I could fit one onto my tiny car but it doesn't even properly pull up with a full grocery shop in there, never mind with a roof tent on top 😂 excited to see the inside of the Pathfinder finished, really curious about the hidden water tank, and the kitchen set up! All the best to you, Andy, really enjoy your videos and I hope you'll have as much fun making them for a long time to come ☺️
When we emigrated frm the UK to western Canada, I got a 2002 Pathfinder 4x4. I absolutely loved her. We don't get a huge amount of snow in western Canada but when we did get it, I felt completely safe. She was big and heavy and very stable. I don't think I slid once while driving in snow. Unfortunately I had a bad accident, causing her to turn over and slide some distance sideways. I was actually uninjured, but had to be cut out by the fire service cutting the roof off. They told me that I was very lucky I was in a Pathfinder as their safety record is second to none. I was very sad to see her be written off. After that I got my Honda Ridgeline 4x4 truck. It's an extended cab. I bought a canopy for the back for the dogs. She's big and heavy and she has all round air bags, but I don't feel quite as safe in her as I did in my Pathfinder which I still miss......
I will admit I am rather new to your videos but man! do I love them! Your vibe is just so comforting and fun, absolutely in love!
That is an amazing overlander, Andy.
A proper mans mobile home 😁👍🏼
Great project Andy, I wish you well as you move towards completion. I'm watching video this several months past this original posting date so I will have to check to see the newer videos and see how you have progressed. By the way, that was wonderful music you used on your drive into the fields.Thank you!
Great build! The Pathfinder and a Toyota 4 runner were recommended to me by my son when I was upgrading from a Subaru Outback. I opted for the 4runner and set about with my build. I put 285 70 r17's on at first, but later changed back to stock size. I'm not too familiar with the Pathfinder, the 4runner has a differential breather on the rear diff and it can, on really deep water crossings, allow water into it, thus the need for a breather relocation. You may want to investigate further. I haven't gotten a roof top tent, as the trails around here Eastern US - West Virginia) are very tight and I think they're top heavy, but there are a lot of them in use.
My build thus far on Bluto:
Badland 12k winch
Badland aluminum winch shackle mount
Lightbar
Bilstien 5100 shocks
Firestone rear air bags
TSO Incog bumper
LED front headlights
LED Fog lights
LED tailgate lights
LED reverse lights
(2) Apache storage cases
Solidwoodworx rear drawer system
Rigd sidehack
Rigd ulultraswing rear tire carrier
RCI Rock sliders
RCI front skid plate
Midland mxt275 radio
Rough country steel wheels (5)
Maxi razr 265r70 17 tires (5)
Auxbeam ditch lights
Auxbeam 8 gang switch panel
Molle panels (rear)
Molle panel (behind seat)
My Medic first aid kit
Diehard AGM starter battery
Optima Yellow Top battery
CTEK D250SE, 20A, 12V Battery Charger
NAPA 8'awning
5lb propane
various tow straps, tree savers, and soft shackles
is it done? hope so lol
The 4 runner is the most riable vehicle you can buy ...great choice
I don't think they sell them in the UK though, closest is the Toyota hillux @@ChrisGross-jr7zc
Can't wait to see you in future videos with patty.
Andy, it looks like a great setup! You’ve done well & I look forward to your future camps! I’m in Illinois, U.S.
Wow, it's coming along! I love the plans for the inside. Especially if you need to stay in a city a night or two whilst out on an adventure, you can actually stealth camp inside, whereas the tent being opened up would be a bust!
Great looking Nissan! I've always been a fan of their designs. Looking forward to seeing the completed version soon.
Awesome, absolutely awesome. This is one fantastic set up, really looking forward to seeing the rest of the build. Popping that roof tent up and giving us all the guided tour, must have been torture to do that and then not camp. All the best 💪👍
Hi Andy. Great video. Love all the mods. Looking forward to seeing it completed 👍👍👍
Great video! Like how this vehicle has progressed overtime. You've added a lot of great modifications. I suggest locker gears for the axels which are great for rocky terrain areas. Can't wait to see what else you strap onto this beast!
That chinook was definitely checking you out. Seems your truck modifications impressed them as much as your viewers. I'm envious, what an awesome rig. I assume you'll be getting a nice heavy duty winch on the front.
Awesome Andy you always shine through 👍😁
Thank you, you deserve every single subscriber ,you are so in-depth with your explaining
Very nice. My mom has driven Pathfinders for years, I think her first one was a '98. She gave it to my cousin and it still runs. Her 2010 runs like a new car still. Nissans are just good vehicles. Once you get it all set up you can take on any adventure!
I wouldn't say Nissans are "good vehicles ". Not compared to the honda/Toyota lines. But if it fits the job🤷🏻♀️
Patty is looking great, and i know the work you are getting done on the vehicle it will be worth it, and will give you many years of great camping experiences i am very happy for you, that roof tent you have is very sharp and will be exactly wwhat you want, happy camping my friend, be safe on your travels.
Looking like a great build Andy. Keeping it neat and simple. Really looking good.
Hello Andy I have just got a pathfinder because of yours ha ha, I also do UA-cam videos but on motorcycles but you have shown me the comforts of 4x4 camping! I’m used to packing light as possible for my camping trips, so this opens so many doors for me and the family. Thank you for the videos buddy they are excellent 👌
Oh Andy, so glad you made another video. Was just waiting when you were going to make another one! I really enjoy and appreciate them.❤️❤️😁

I've had 2 Pathfinders. Great cars.

Excited to see the inside of the vehicle when you get it setup with the water tank and all that. Looking great so far!
Loving your choice of music 😊. Hello from Sydney Australia
Hi Andy well Patty is looking real nice I love the work you have done so far. While watching the intro I thought that you should have a snorkel due to all the water you were going through Ha Ha, then you mentioned you were putting one on. Take care
Looks a really cool truck now. Ideal for trips away and expeditions!
The build is looking good and coming along nicely. Can't wait to see it complete. 🤘

Your Pathfinder is my Pathfinder's role model!
Awesome Andy! Thanks for sharing!
Always enjoy your videos Andy. Thanks for sharing.
A reliable carriage is a must for every trek. Beefing it up was a great investment.
Fantastic camera work, exciting video! Greetings from Poland
Nice setup you're using there. Enjoying your video's!
Loving the changes. I drove a Pathfinder in the woods of AZ as a middle aged woman. Would have loved the lift and tires back then. ❤❤
Looking good Andy I've just bought the new Defender 130 and I'm doing the same as you on the inside with a bed and a kitchen the conversion I'm having done I will have power for up to 10 days without having to recharge anything can't wait
She's come together nicely Andy 👍
Looks great Andy
Looking very good Andy😎👌👍
Love the new video. And I hope you had a great holiday. Thank you.
Looking great Andy, shaping up to be an awesome overlander. I've got a fully kitted out 70 series Landcruiser which I absolutely love overlanding in. Its an amazing way to travel and I wish you many safe and happy adventures for the future. I live in Norfolk (not far from Simon) so if you ever need a travel companion let me know. Keep up the great videos, cheers Seamus 🍻
Great build Andy
Going to be one heck of a machine when it's done 😊

Welcome back to Sweden Andy! ☺
I love patty and I really enjoy watching your videos love from Florida
The music on your drive in was a perfect choice.
Ha! Once you get one "fancy" upgrade, it cascades hahaha. Well done! Now you need a roadtrip to Norway and test that rig out!
Love your truck mate. Can’t wait to see with front done
Sweet set up.
Excellent content.
Enjoy
Looking forward to seeing how it all goes 👍
Great camera work. It's like watching the beginning to a Top Gear adventure! How'd you get the water shot at the beginning? I'll never drive/own a car but enjoyed the update all the same.
Very Interesting Video Andrew , Thank You 👍👍👍🇬🇧
You make me want to buy a Pathfinder!! Great video
Andy, "Patty" is getty all dressed up for your adventures 💗. Your doing an awesome job building it out. I'm doing some rearranging inside my Conversion Van - finding less stuff is better and offers more room on those rain days. Of course my Van sits lower so real off-road adventures aren't possible for me but there's always rivers, creeks, or beachfront so that promises an enjoyable experience for me at my advanced age.
Fantastic build.
I'm not normally the jealous type of person but I'm so jealous of you and everything you have
Good luck to you Andy
What a wonderful job. You are really going all out. Getting as fancy as Lone wolf 902. But you need to come up with a little Boomer as well. Great job Andy you are still the best on utube by far. I never get tired of your stuff
Come on a treat that has. Well done
Excellent “budget” build!
Fricken awesome buddy. 👍
Patty the ultimate 😊rig is coming along nicely 🫡
Awesome episode Sir Andy, 🍻Cheers Brother from across the pond 👊🏼😎🤙🏼
So clean. Love it
Am i the only one that thought the intro music sounded like a Walking Dead game? The Pathfinder is coming along well Andy 👌
Sounded like Justin Barbour to me :)
More like some mountain music from red dead redemption 2
Nice-looking truck!
Love your videos Andy!!! Cheers from Columbus Ohio U.S.!!!!😎👍👍
Nice truck Andy coming on great .love the wheels n tyres .👍
Iv been a car enthusiast since i passed my driving test in 1978 , and owned a lot of cars in that time.
As iv got older though im more into vans/trucks these days ,cars don't really interest me as much
Iv owned my 03 plate vauxhall astra van for 13 years (the longest iv kept a vehicle) .and about 5 years ago converted it into a one man stealth camper ,it does the job well for solo camping and blends in well undetected.
Its been super reliable and great on diesel ⛽
Nice truck Andy,
Awesome video mate. Really enjoyed this one. I do love my 4x4's, Keep up the awesome work :)
Be interesting to follow this build, I look forward to it 👍
