Great video. Maybe you can help me. I play on a 1440p monitor but output at 936p at 6000 bitrate and my camera a stream gets pixelated when I’m moving. I have 1000 down and 36 upload speeds. I don’t understand how to fix this. My setup up 5950 Ryzen 9 2080 Nvidia super card.
hi, I have watched so many videos and done some research. I still can't figure out how to connect my switch. I am streaming off my PC with one monitor. I have a 4K ultra HD video capture card that won't show up in the video capture device in sources. Any suggestions? I really want to stream off my switch!
Hello. I just found your video so, sorry for the late comment. First, I have a totally AMD system, but I did exactly what you said to do (where I could). OBS as admin, dummy twitch OBS settings. Streamed to dummy account... watched as I streamed, and it was flawless. It was as good as the actual game I was playing. The next day, I streamed to my regular account with no other changes, and there was motion blur just like before. I have replicated this over and over. Dummy stream, perfect. Real stream, not so much. HELP!
if i'm changing in OBS Video-Tab Base-Output to 2560x1440 the and also the Output-Resolution to 2560x1440 i do not can change the scalefilter down below, i mean, but you can. But didnt do that make no sense? i mean, thats correct OBS wont let me change that, right? Didnt get why its possible in your OBS
can someone help i stream on 1 pc and i have 2 monitors everytime i put obs on my second monitor my game is 30fps but when i just keep it on my main monitor it works fine 240 fps?
I have a single pc with a i9-9900k and a 2080ti but when I stream and I am moving it get's slightly blurry any advice with this? I've tried streaming at 720p60fps with 6000 bitrate but it stills gets a bit blurry when i move
Hey Murray, can using an affinity settings program or changing the affinity (programs only running on certain cpu cores) also help with balancing streaming with gaming on one pc?
I'm only using twitch studio. I use a focusrite interface for my mic. I can hear my self and my capture audio in my headphones. But the stream is only hearing my mic not my game audio. My primary mic is the focusrite but idk what fixes the capture audio 🤷♂️
Go to your stream software and make sure that your aux/input is set to your focusrite. Make sure that in your pc audio settings that your mic is also set to the same thing
I’ve got a 2080ti, i9 9900k, 32gb of ram, most of my processes running on an m.2. I use a 1440p monitor but I stream in 1080p. Is this good for a single pc stream?
Yo I have a serious question and issue I’ve been struggling with my Dual Monitor-Single PC Setup Specs: Ryzen 5 2600 (Stealth CPU Cooler), MSI GTX 1660 Super, 16 GB of TeamForce Delta RGB 3200 RAM (CPU RAM Frequency Max: 2933), 5 RGB Fans (To decrease Temps), Crucial MX480 SSD, 500watt PSU (PC Watt Usage 328watts) I only play Warzone on the PC because I can’t stand the “Fish Bowl” 80 FOV that I’m stuck with on my PS5…I am currently using StreamLabs OBS. I usually average 95-115 FPS without streaming or having SLOBS open. When Streaming & Gaming my stream quality is great, but my In-Game frames drop are constantly between 65-80 FPS. I use G-Sync and GPU is also set to “Force GPU To Render” within SLOBS. My question is my Setup decent for what I’m trying to achieve and will using OBS Studio, instead of SLOBS help improve my In-Game FPS while Streaming??? Thanks in Advance
Im curious but I run a single PC stream set up and I recently upgraded my audio gear. I wanted to ask as a soft spoken person im having problem with audio settings and getting it to be at a nice level in OBS. Do you have any video fix or tips for it? On another note though your videos are really helpful.
@@MurrayFrostinside the desktop or audio wise?? I recently got a shure sm7b and goxlr. My internal is intel i7-6700k, msi 1070 but no audio card wasnt sure if i should invest in one.
@@tinymadqueen it’s possible the goxlr doesn’t have a strong enough preamp. The shire SM7B requires a lot of uumph. I had to get a dedicated preamp just for that mic. But now that I do, it loud as heck if I want.
Watching the video now mate and I’m wondering does the admin tip work for Mac? I’m wanting to stream my console (Xbox) over my Mac mini and stream with obs. So I need that admin override function?
Hey man thanks for this great content, so to sum things up if I were to stream on 720p my stream is going to have a much better quality than pushing 1080p given the case I have a really low upload speed?
For streaming yes. Internet speed - upload speed for streaming is key to a smooth stream for who’s watching. Try both and see if 1080p can work if not going down to 720p requires less bandwidth. Also another big bump up or bump down is 30 vs 60 fps. 30 to 60 takes double the amount of bandwidth/ information processed. You can try both or a mix and see what works.
When live streaming with OBS, we have an occasional vertical video glitch that runs through the screen. Is this on our end, or is there a setting in OBS that will help with this? Is it our connections somehow? Thanks for any help...
@@MurrayFrost Hi Murray...Well... it looks like an electrical horizontal line that runs through the video every so often while we are playing the preview video clip. I don't have a picture of it...as it only happens on the live stream. But strangely enough it doesn't show up on the main finished video at this point so I guess it's nothing to be concerned about ultimately. I was just wondering if it was something on our end. I can't figure out what causes it.
Nice Video, thank you very much! I‘m a bit curios about the resolution. Many people say, that 6000 Bits aren‘t enough for 1080p60. As I see, thats what youre streaming right? And issues on that in your experience?
I have had no issue. When streaming 6000 bitrate, that is the max on Twitch. You can’t go higher than that or twitch just compresses it to 6000 and it’s a waste of your pc power
