Wow, so nicely done congrats and thanks for posting! I just traded my RGS for a Lowrider ST. I’m very interested in your forward control configuration. If you don’t mind me asking… Did you use the Harley forward control kit; how did you get the brake lever up to a functional height; and who supplied the floor boards and controls. Awesome content, looking forward to your next video, thank you!
Thanks bud. The forward controls are harley, the floorboards and pegs are crossthread. The break lever has an adjustment on it to rise it to a better position.
Where did you get the carbon fiber side covers? Can't find them on Google search ? Also, where did you get the lower front LED bar? Maybe you could put some links to the products in the description
Mine are Hoffman design. I'll warn you though they are not cheap $400. Look on ali express. A friend of mine got some from there and I really couldn't tell the difference and they were much cheaper. If I could buy them again I'd buy them from there. My light bar is from moons mc
If you had to just have 1 bike, between this and your roadglide which you choose? I have a 22 Low Rider S and have been trying to decide between adding the ST fairing or trading in for a road glide.
Thats a hard question for me because I love them both. I'm 6'0, 170lbs. Depending on your size and riding style. If you're a bigger guy and do a lot of long distance riding then I'd go with the RG. If you are a smaller guy and want a lighter faster bike I'd go with the ST. Me personally for my size and riding style and had to choose one. I would probably go with the St. Because its much lighter and more nimble and I ride more city then distance. Plus I love torque and speed. Hope that helps
@jbluet Thanks. That does help. I've already put in a cam, changed the bars, added bags, and some cosmetic stuff on my low rider s so I don't really want to start over. It's just not very comfortable for more than an hour, but I think it's mainly the seat and mid controls. I just keep looking at touring bikes. Lol
@@daddymac3296 I have sdc seat on both my bikes and they are very comfortable right out of the box and they gets even more comfortable over time. The forward controls made a huge difference for me because I have long legs and not so great knees. It made the bike perfect for me.
@@lowriderstliving Lol! Really that's all you can come up with? 🤣 That's your level of intelligence? Of course it is! Are you still triggered? Does this mean you're not going to subscribe to the channel? I was just fun with you son.
