This kind of cop is a major problem in America today. Be careful folks.

    *FAIR USE*
Copyright Disclaimer under section 107 of the Copyright Act 1976, allowance is made for “fair use” for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, education and research.
Fair use is a use permitted by copyright statute that might otherwise be infringing.
Non-profit, educational or personal use tips the balance in favor of fair use.
    FAIR USE DEFINITION:
    (Source: en.wikipedia.or...)
Fair use is a doctrine in the United States copyright law that allows limited use of copyrighted material without requiring permission from the rights holders, such as for commentary, criticism, news reporting, research, teaching or scholarship. It provides for the legal, non-licensed citation or incorporation of copyrighted material in another author’s work under a four-factor balancing test. The term “fair use” originated in the United States. A similar principle, fair dealing, exists in some other common law jurisdictions. Civil law jurisdictions have other limitations and exceptions to copyright.
U.S. COPYRIGHT OFFICE- FAIR USE DEFINITION
    (Source: www.copyright.g...)
One of the rights accorded to the owner of copyright is the right to reproduce or to authorize others to reproduce the work in copies or phonorecords. This right is subject to certain limitations found in sections 107 through 118 of the copyright law (title 17, U.S. Code). One of the more important limitations is the doctrine of “fair use”. The doctrine of fair use has developed through a substantial number of court decisions over the years and has been codified in section 107 of the copyright law.
Section 107 contains a list of the various purposes for which the reproduction of a particular work may be considered fair, such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research.

@@poundtrader1414 disingenuous bullshit! The case that the Supreme Court was referring to was the one where the cops were harassing a Law Abiding citizen ( usually a minority) who was using his 2nd amendment right to open carry a firearm. The slimy cops were attempting to violate the citizen's rights under the guise of attempting to protect the public. The Court concluded that the cops actions were unconstitutional, because attempting to ID someone who was not breaking any laws, no matter what the reason, was unconstitutional. Cops lose their qualified immunity if they keep up the bullshit.

Look how, as he worked up and manipulated the man in todays video, he made sure to do it at least 100 feet from a river. Progress! Why, I think I almost saw him attempt to display remorse when the man he watched drown was mentioned. Sure, you could attribute his sarcastic eye roll to him being frustrated by what he feels is himself being persecuted, but it's possible he felt kinda 'meh' about it. That's huge for an officer! I wonder about this 'investigation'. From the little I've seen, these guys were not alert to the danger of the situation, & they appear to have failed miserably in their duty by not lifting a finger whilst the guy was drowning. No remorse, no regrets. And no actions that most HUMANS would immediately instigate - looking for a row boat, a lifebuoy, a rope, a bit of string - NOTHING. Not one finger lifted. And that is what they failed on & should be disciplined for. There is an argument for not diving in, but that's not what they're being accused of, They're simply being investigated for not diving in to save the guy - but what about all the other actions they could have taken. They clearly selected one option - to watch. I did not think it was possible for me to have a lower opinion for a cop. These 3 take the biscuit. And it could be argued that the cop's behaviours & lies led to this terrible conclusion. But they don't care. Never do.

I mean very fucked up stories, some after he became a cop. I couldn't believe some of the corrupt shit he and his buddies have done, that he was stupid enough to tell some of us.

One thing all law enforcement has incoming is a uniform that deserves respect. The problem is The uniforms are being occupied with bodies that have no respect for the public and the oath they take. The hardest job in the United States is in law enforcement and this is the way the law enforcement wants to act inside that uniform. No one makes the police officers open their mouths and say what they say they do on their own. No one makes them beat people while they're in handcuffs they do it on their own.
Blindly taking an oath and not knowing it or having a presumption is not enough.

Especially with this video pointing out factual information that it's literally a cop's individual, personal CHOICE to CHOOSE to protect anyone from anything at any time.
Scary how so many people truly believe that when they are present, it is ALWAYS their sworn duty to help us!
I do want to say that there are MANY cops who do try harder than others to put us and our safety first 👍 However, seemingly it is more and more often the case that they are out among us more in a uniform/ed 🤔 "hunter/gatherer" role to simply feed the societal processing plants comprised of courts, bondsmen, lawyers, jails, etc. and who function in a primary role to facilitate keeping the system chugging steadily along on our hard earned income 😠!
The world is Satan's domain and it is easier and easier to see his influence over mankind - along with the plethora of conniving ways that he accomplishes his goals to create deceit and deviseness out of what should be a noble group of people worthy of our trust, admiration and respect!

To watch a video showing a man drowning as he was pleading for help while "Officer" Grebbe just stood by, leaning against a fence, watching all of this transpire & doing absolutely nothing to help & save this individual's life, was not an easy thing to do. However.....it was a VERY important video to view. It showed how cold & detached some "cops" can be. Where it is true that the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that police officers do NOT have to PROTECT the Public that they serve, from any dangerous situations, Grebbe (are you human?) just gawked & did NOTHING at-all to try & save this man. He bluntly did'nt give a damn as he watched him slip through the surface of the lake & left him to die. Any TRUE human-being would have done anything & everything to try & rescue this man. I'm positive 8 out of 10 cops would have chucked away the law to not rescue someone in distress & do whatever it took to provide assistance. But then we have a dirtbag named Tyrant Grebbe.....
Throughout the video you showed Grebbe in different situations but the one thing that stayed consistent was Grebbe's demeanour. He was disrespectful to you & others who crossed his path. He was a bully, lackadaisical, sloppy in dress & attitude & he felt that you MUST obey every command that he issued. He also showed🤔STRONG signs of having Sociopathic Behaviour Tendacies. He did'nt give a damn about anybody but his own self-worth.
Tyrant Grebbe is a dangerous entity to the citizens of Tempe, Arizona. He must be held accountable for many of his actions, but ESPECIALLY the incident at the lakefront. I'd like to know how he sleeps at night knowing he watched a man, in notable distress, drown & did nothing about the situation. Truth be told.....I bet he sleeps 8 hours straight & wakes up telling himself he'd handle the situation in the very same way if it came to be. (Unless it was a fellow Tyrant)
The Citizens of Tempe, Arizona deserve much BETTER policing than their getting right now. It's SO important that when a Citizen dials 911 to request a "Call For Service", that they receive top-notch support for EVERY time it's needed. What the Police Service must do is get rid of the corrupt, contemptible, dangerous, lazy & disrespectable (+ so much more) cops, who are giving the Police Department a black stain every single day. The Department can start this cleansing by firing "Officer" Tyrant Grebbe asap.. The Citizens DESERVE at least that much.
D.....please continue to expose the bad "seeds" within the Police Force so they can get booted👢from the Force🙂. As well.....thanks for your continued defense & upholding of The U.S. Constitution & the Ammendments within. Thank you for your hard work. Your videos are a great learning tool for all of us. As well..........always be safe out there. Take care..........😎
