I told my mom that they need something like insurance like doctors do and she told me do u know how expensive that will be? And I told her do u know how big of a budget the police have compared to medical? She really didn't have anything to say about it.

I expect we have had more people killed by cops then soldiers killed in Afghanistan within the same time frame! Within our city streets cops killed 988 people in the year 2017 and the deaths tolls keeps climbing till over 4000 people killed in our streets from 2017 until March of 2022!
Please oh please realize that’s more people have been killed by cops then people and soldiers that we lost during the attack at Pearl Harbor or the good folks on 911 in New York they were just trying to live in America but were killed off by bad cops for no reason!!!

The “ONLY” way we can ever be safe is shut down “Qualified Immunity” from cops, judges, city officials, City Municipality everyone should lose all their Qualified, Sovereign, Immunity completely!
Also we as citizens should no longer be forced bare the cost of the cops government assassins who have lost their qualified immunity….. the cops should have to pay attorney fees and any litigation themselves or take it from their union!
The mayor(Liccardo) in San Jose California purpose a City ordinance/law that requires anyone with a firearm will be required to pay the city/state a fee each year and be required to have insurance! That Liccardo of San Jose stated that gun owner are a drain on Community by using critical emergency medical and government assassins’s squad response reducing their taxpayers burdens!!!
So when your government’s assassins pulls your child over for not using the right hand turning signal when making a right turn at a four way corner and pulls your child out of the car and puts in cuffs and slammed your child on to the curb. Your child tells cop to be careful and that upset the cop so the cop tased your child until the child dies….. your government’s official declared this use of forced was justified! However during this justified murdering of your child your government officials send in their assassins squad to find ways to block anyone from seeing what actually happened and to cover up the murder of your child! Bare in mind your child only forgot to turn on the turning signal but now is laying face down in the gutter while the assassins are laughing about how your child flipped over and got it’s skull smashed…. On site there are twelve assassins from the assassins squad, two emergency medical units, along with fire rescue squad with the Fire Chief unit and the large fire truck!!! So now remember your child only forgot to used the turning signal but in pain your child told cop to be careful….. So is the fault your child’s or does the fault belong to the assassins squad? Yes your child should have used signal! Or could the assassin just wrote your child a ticket and moved on???
Point being because I have a gun I now will be responsible for the actions of this child for not using the turning signal or even worse paying for the actions of government assassins squad who just put your child in the ground!!!
So using Liccardo’s of San Jose own reasoning then the child who was driving and the assassins squad both should be paying a fee for driving and for the government assassins squad a fee for murdering!!! So to the best of my knowledge your child has been paying a fee for his license and a really large fee for insurance!!
Now the government’s assassins squad to the best of my knowledge is probably paying a fee to keep their firearm license((which I expect we pay with taxes one way or another) but to the best of my knowledge the government assassins are not required to have murdering insurance!!! So Liccardo of San Jose what do you think should our government assassins be required to have murdering insurance too???
I expect you could possibly expect that even though your officials from government’s assassins squad ruled this uses of force was justified but as it turns out that a body camera just happened to be left on and caught the images and sounds of the government’s assassins squad laughing and giggling while tasing your child for five minutes with your child’s skull was smashed-in laying on the dirty curb still in cuffs…

Feds Slam Louisiana Town for Illegal Arrests
(CN) - The Justice Department says police in a small Louisiana town routinely arrested and placed hundreds of residents in jail without probable cause based on a “hunch” or “feeling” that they were involved in criminal activity.
The U.S. Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division found in a report released last week that the Ville Platte Police Department and the Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office used investigative holds to detain a “staggering” number of citizens who were “commonly detained for 72 hours or more without being provided an opportunity to contest their arrest and detention.”
The scathing report says both law enforcement agencies striped-searched individuals suspected of committing crimes, placed them in holding cells without beds, toilets, or showers, and denied them communication with family members and loved ones for days at a time.
“Instead, they are held and questioned until they either provide information or the law enforcement agency determines that they do not have information related to a crime,” the Dec. 19 report concluded.
Police in Ville Platte - a town with a population of 7,303 - conducted over 700 arrests and holds between 2012 and 2014 that were “not even ostensibly supported by probable cause,” according to the Justice Department.
Evangeline sheriff’s deputies used the illegal practice more than 200 times in that same time period, the 20-month federal probe found, noting that the number in both departments is likely underreported.
“Both EPSO and VPPD detectives acknowledged that they use investigative holds where they lack sufficient evidence to make an arrest, but instead have a ‘hunch’ or ‘feeling’ that a person may be involved in criminal activity,” the report states.
The government’s report blames the unconstitutional investigative holds for coerced confessions and improper criminal convictions.
“When police officers investigate criminal activity, they must do so responsibly and within the boundaries of the law,” Vanita Gupta, head of the Civil Rights Division, said in a statement. “The violations we found in Ville Platte and Evangeline Parish demonstrate a disturbing pattern of officers overstepping legal boundaries by placing residents in holding cells for days at a time without probable cause.”
Both law enforcement agencies have admitted that the holds are unconstitutional and have taken steps to eliminate their use, according to the report.
“More work remains to be done,” the report states. “The agencies’ policies, procedures, training, and data collection and accountability systems must ensure that investigative holds are eliminated permanently.”
The Justice Department also says the two police agencies must work “to repair community trust.”
The Civil Rights Division’s Special Litigation Section has opened 25 investigations into law enforcement agencies. It is enforcing 19 agreements with agencies, including 14 consent decrees and one post-judgment order, according to a news release.

I counted NINE cops for "failure to yield." I guess Mesa is the place to live now when that many cops have that much time to spend on low-level crimes.
When 7 police officers show up for this one man who failed to yield while crossing the street proves that without a doubt all cops on work a "GANG MENTALITY" and have little courage and always outnumber one person 2,3,4,or more to one when they are faced with a one on one encounter with a individual.They are a bunch of gutless wonders!!!

Saw my local PD on Facebook this morning having a teen social where they educated them on simulated traffic stops, in house. It was all about officer safety and compliance. I called the chief and told him they needed someone in this class to also educate the teens on their Rights and the lawful limitations of LEOs authority. I don’t expect to hear back but next time they try to indoctrinate some kids I’ll be there.

Seeing his mom show up barefoot after stepping on glass, some people might see as mildly trashy, I thought it was beautiful. Seeing a family that still cares about each other these days. And she didn't run up and state "what did he do now" immediately siding with the state based on nothing but their presence, like so many these days do. Right up until they wheel their family member off in a bodybag and they realize they killed him over nothing. And that their last moments together she betrayed him based no nothing but a meaningless uniform. Just a moment I'm kind of proud of everybody Except the a-hole who dropped that bottle in the street. You're supposed to be able to be close enough to record video & audio of the interaction, but they put up tape to push you back out of clear audio range. There was no reason to put up tape other than to prevent you from recording at a reasonable distance. They used the tape to move you to the other side, then moved it to push you away. Funny how the tape was only blocking you off and there wasn't any to enclose the scene on the other side.
You know shit is about to go down and get serious when they put on gloves... Thank god you were there to record. Who knows what would have happened otherwise.
Some citizens are scared to talk to cops or scared to speak up to defend yourself. They are intimated and give ID and start to ramble on and on and on how sad.
That is how little respect they have for the public. Making him sit just to have a little more power over him.

What the hell is wrong with this department? Most departments only tolerate 1 or 2 public black eyes before they fire or retire an officer and the rest learn. It's like they are intentionally doing what they want contrary to law and their own SOP to look as bad as possible.

These Mesa police are dying from police being defunded. How can we expect police to operate safely when there are only nine officers detaining a pedestrian "failure to yield" suspect? Taxpayers should have funded at least twenty officers in this dangerous situation.

They make the guy sit beneath them. 9 cops for 1 guy walking. This is 100 percent to make him feel scared. Then make the guy ID when they know your recording! They don't care if they do it cause they know nothing will happen to them. That's the worst part!
