I'm so grateful that I get to occasionally work with brands I actually like to create sponsored videos. Their direct support helps keep this channel afloat in the ever unstable world of UA-cam ad revenue. These videos will always be disclosed, of course, and I appreciate everyone's kind support for these partnerships. Royalty Soaps also participates in commission or discount affiliations, like Amazon or RewardStyle, as these opportunities become available, like Amazon and RewardStyle and while the money we make with these links isn't much, every little bit counts and once again, we really appreciate your support! These products will always be marked and disclosed with a "✦".

Rachael Keagy hi there! Sorry for responding now! I just noticed the notification. The amount of lye/sodium hydroxide would be 4.60 (or 4.6oz) and the amount of water is 8.50 (or 8.5oz) which Katie suggest half (4.25 oz) in liquid form and the other half (4.25 oz) in ice. It sure helps not creating steam. Keep in mind the ice will melt really fast because the temperature gets up so be careful handling the container once you finished the solution because it will get super hot. (Mine got to 150F) Oh! And remember to pour lye into water.

I bought supplies to make soap back in January, I started with M&P before lockdown really hit, and once it did, between that and moving, I never made my CP. I watched a lot of videos from brambleberry but I was still so intimidated and didn't make it. I even put in another order with them for things I "needed before I could start" but I still found myself paralyzed how to proceed forward. Your videos have truly come at the perfect moment for me, you're reiterating the knowledge I've found so far and building my courage by making it so easy and approachable. I truly appreciate your teaching heart, this is something you didn't have to provide, especially for free, but I hope one day to send you a beautiful bar of soap I've made from your lessons. 💕💕💕

Wow.... you are an excellent teacher and motivator. THANK YOU so much 💓 from the bottom of my heart. I've been struggling with depression for a few years and with anxiety for almost my whole life. Watching your videos has made me find a new passion, now I feel motivated (hadn't felt like that in a very long time) and I'm actually getting everything to start making soap. Who knows? Maybe I'll make soap as beautiful as yours someday

I would love it if you continue with these instructional videos. I was like you when I first started soaping. I read a lot of material but most of it was inconsistent so I made a lot of mistakes. The soap community is a wonderful and generous (mostly!) community and this kind of video is what newbies need to help put them at ease. Thanks Katie. I'm still learning from you. You have such a bubbly personality it's always a hoot to watch you soap!

I want to make sure I am ordering from the places where you will get credit. I just ordered powders from madmicas. I don’t remember where the mould, and fragrance needs to come from. Can’t wait to get everything together and make some trial bars in prep for gift bars.. love your spunky personality. You make me smile.

Katie, I am so excited. I made my first batch using the royal upgrade recipe. I bought different scents, though from Nurture Soaps. I made a Lavender Sage in 3 colors with a chopstick inside swirl. Lol I am an overachiever! It looks nice and I can't wait to cut it to see how it looks. I have watched so many soap vids that I thought I could do it and I think I did okay. Thank you so much, Katie. You are an inspiration. Love to you and God bless you and your family.

My husband and I decided to start making soap last week when we stumbled upon your channel. My husband has been down in the dumps with being jobless and not being able to go out to do things. You have inspired us both to keep going! Thank you for giving us the tools to succeed! 🖤🖤🖤
