Thank you for this videos they helped me a lot.. bought mine yesterday and the manual wasn’t giving me proper instructions.. this helped a great deal 🤗 bless your heart
Hi I have the same pressure cooker, a little advice I've had my issues in the beginning, the biggest one was that water you put in. So you were doing just fine on the saute only thing you should've added your tomatoes half way through your saute, and add your meat, remember this is different to stove top cooking, once the saute stopped, you add your potatoes & and I'd say about a mug of water not a cup, when I used a cup I could smell the food starting to burn half way through, like I said I learned even a mug & a little bit will do to be on the safe side, then all you do is press pressure cook it should give you 45min pressure start curry done lovely. After trying it this way the only thing you should play around with is your water.. oh one last thing when it's done the 45min don't wait for all the countdown that comes after just press cancel, and you can decompress the pot yourself by pressing that button down... hope this was of some help, thank you for all your lovely cooking look forward to all your future videos.
Hi. Thank you for the reply. Also trying to learn. The hostess said se used a litre (1000 ml) of water. You suggest a mug of water vs a cup. How many ml of water would that be? In RSA a cup is 250 ml (¼ of a litre) but there is no standard conversion for a mug. Would you mind specifying the mug size you suggest in milliliter please? Also still learning. Thank you to you and the hostess.

Looks delish.. do a video on Cornish curry using the pressure cooker. Is it fact or opinion that Cornish is better than culls? Culls is soft* but more bones?what is the best Cornish to buy?
Hi yes this is the next recipe we have to try because cornish can take a long time. The culls could be tricker because if you over cook it it make become a shredded chicken curry. Let's see how it goes.
Hi Lydia. We will try to do one soon but you can also follow a similar recipe to our canned pilchards recipe - ua-cam.com/video/0oCfl_nacuw/v-deo.html The haddock could also go well in a fish curry, but you will have to adjust quantities according to you needs: ua-cam.com/video/Mgl4-m2FTCs/v-deo.html
Hi there. The lid should not be opened while cooking. You have to wait until the time is complete and then it must be allowed to cool so that the steam pressure inside the pressure cooker is reduced. Only once the pressure is safe will the lid be unlocked and you can open the lid.

You should never ever try to open the lid. Open steam vent. When all the steam is has evaporated then only u should open the pressure cooker
