I see you recommended 2 hrs instead of 4 hrs, still seems too long, you don’t need the lid at all for sauté feature, although a user manual is needed for sure, i like your video. 40 minutes with all veggies would have given you better results. Keep it in good spirits I will try your Seasoning mixture and give it a try.
WOW, this looks awesome. Definitely must try for sunday dinner pray it comes out like yours😜. Great video, like how you break everything down telling us how to cook it thank you fam love yall stay blessed😘💞💞💞
I have problems getting the salt level right when I cook. Thanks for stating the exact amount of each seasoning you used and the amount of oxtails. That is going to greatly help me. I am going to follow your instructions exactly. Thanks bro!
I want to make this today, I just need to know if you used the slow cooker option 4hrs or pressure cook 4 hrs? How long did you let the carrots and potatoes sit in the pot?
mmm if you throw some broth, a can of hominy, pinto beans, and red chile powder, you have the best pozole, but it really comes out best if you cook it all together
I agree! You could be done with the next batch by the time you wait for the pressure cooker to release. Or you could just use the regular glass top for the pressure cooker instead of the pressurized top.

I have to agree with this. 4 hours in a pressure cooker is overkill. 4 hours is for the slow cooking setting on this sinfonia pressure cooker. 1 hour at best would have been enough.
Hello boss always good to see another one of your videos yummy I love oxtail stew that sounds so delicious right now like the old saying say yummy yummy to the tummy tummy love you guys♥️♥️♥️♥️🤗😁😲
Ok,, now that's funny that we have changed from pot to pressure cooker and the fast track. Yet,,,I luv putting on a crock pot let the aroma low and slow feel the house I walked through the door.
Question: How long would you cook these in an actual pressure cooker? This is an insta pot which isn't the same. It can cook under pressure like an original pressure cooker but a real pressure cooker doesn't have the settings and the bells and whistles. It has a rack at the bottom and the pressure level. How long would you cook these in that? Thanks
Ok,,now that inner circle that you had to scrape off the bottom with all that seasoning not if that was a coppertop non-stick Bowl did you put all the oxtails and stuff in it would be nice.
Wish he’d said how much longer he cooked the potatoes and carrots. When I do a roast in the IP, I add the veggies toward the end and cook another 10-12 minutes and naturally release the pressure. His end result looks wonderful. His methods and directions are questionable. And he never comes back to reply to comments and questions. Not a good way to build a channel.

Thank you for sharing
The next time....just add a pea size amount of oil in pot. Looks DELICIOUS! 🍽
Maybe 40 minutes. But no way 4 hrs in a pressure cooker and still had liquid and not burned. It’s oxtails not an entire ox.
😂
😂
That's what I was wondering, like what in the world, no way its 4 hours??
I always thought the whole point of the pressure cooker was to cut down the cooking time 😔😔😔
40 minutes top is right. WTH...does his pressure cooker not work? I just made mine now and it took 35 minutes. GL!
can't wait to try your recipe.
Excited to try the recipe this weekend! I just received an instant pot for a B Day Gift! Great video! Thanks for sharing!🌞
Wowww looks delish! Thanks for the video.
Looks delicious but 4 hours in a pressure cooker is a very long time!
Right! I thought I was crazy 🤪

Hold the salt till the end and add as needed
@@egladmansr1 ok
@@soulinspiration1do as he says 😄
I want to make this today, I just need to know if you used the slow cooker option 4hrs or pressure cook 4 hrs? How long did you let the carrots and potatoes sit in the pot?
it had to be on slow cause 4 hours is wayyy to long for pressure cooking
@@torianorandle672exactly! Like what the hell he thought he was cooking? Elephant skin !
mmm if you throw some broth, a can of hominy, pinto beans, and red chile powder, you have the best pozole, but it really comes out best if you cook it all together
4 hrs to cook Oxtails I might as well place it in the oven
that looks so good
Idk here...I would start by frying in a normal pot then transfer to the pressure cooker
I agree! You could be done with the next batch by the time you wait for the pressure cooker to release. Or you could just use the regular glass top for the pressure cooker instead of the pressurized top.
I was thinking the same thing! I believe he wasted a lot of time....
Then it looked more boiled than stewed
I'm loving this pressure cooker even more since the orginal video presentation. Absolutely tasty looking recipe!!

Thanks boss! I love your videos brother!
4 hours in a pressure cooker it's not a slow cooker to pressure cooker supposed to cut down the time of cooking
I have to agree with this. 4 hours in a pressure cooker is overkill. 4 hours is for the slow cooking setting on this sinfonia pressure cooker. 1 hour at best would have been enough.
I think he used the slow cooker part of it
4 hours in a pressure cooker? No need for a top when you saute. Thank you for the video. Your food looks good.
I add a small Dash of parsnip deepens the flavor
Wow that looks amazing
OMGness, hey Southern Boss.
You know, I was just in the freezer looking for some oxtails this weekend. Take care, have a great weekend.
I use my pressure cooker all the time, absolutely no way that dish should take 4 hours as nice as it looks

Another Great Video Brother!!!!!!!!
U did that boss. Shared to the bros
So, it has to be pressured cooked for 4 hours, correct? Or slow cook mode for 4 hours?
How did more liquid get in? Did you add more?
Hello boss always good to see another one of your videos yummy I love oxtail stew that sounds so delicious right now like the old saying say yummy yummy to the tummy tummy love you guys♥️♥️♥️♥️🤗😁😲
LOOKS SLAPPIN!!!!
Mince oxtail 4 hours?
You got a link for that pressure cooker?

Why didn't he give the time he used for the potatoes and carrots?
When to add them and how cooking time after adding them?
4 hours in a pressure cooker. What kind of pressure Cooker you got. I do want to know.
I gave my Instapot away. I love my stove top pressure cooker. Way more control
He meant slow cooked it for 4hrs not pressure
When did you put the carrots and potatoes in. At what point. How long were oxtails cooking before you put then in?
Good recipe tho.
should have did it all in a big pan first bro then dumped it in the pressure cooker !! way more color to them and flavor !!
Morning grand pa lollll
Is that a pressure cooker or a slow cooker?
My Duuuuude said 4 HOURS!!!!! Damn!!!! Dude 4 HOURS USING A PRESSURE COOKER?!!
I’d put just a wee bit of oil in there to sauté. And you don’t put the lid on to sauté.
I have a question , did add more water or some beef broil to get the reaux ? Or did the pressure cooker create it , itself ?
I didn't add anything other than whats shown.
I only did 50 minutes and they were tender
You're right. I usually go just 55 minutes to an hour..
Aw man. U in Hampton? I’m right thru the tunnel in Norfolk 🤣😭😭 I need this recipe
I got a brick from Lincoln Park and Pine Chap ✊🏾✊🏾✊🏾 salute
How you got so much gravy 🤔
when did he add the potatoes? after the 4 hours?
Pressure cooking is a very long time it seems like those setting should have been under Crock-Pot settings
You made my ass hungry LOL
You don’t need to put the lid on when you sauté
Y'all can throw down.
Can you please tell me the names of the dressings,
I wish I could come through the camera too.
Those oxtails were thick as hell
Pressure cooker supposed to cook oxtail fast
Only in tha souf baby oxtails what y'all know about it..mannn bro i need a plate
Where is the gravy
Ok,,now that inner circle that you had to scrape off the bottom with all that seasoning not if that was a coppertop non-stick Bowl did you put all the oxtails and stuff in it would be nice.
WHAT KIND OF PRESSURE COOKER THIS IS I TRIED TO READ DIDN'T FIND THE NAME
Pressure cook for 4 hours? That's too long? No?
Yes
I thought pressure cooker is to make your food cook quicker.
I don’t understand, what’s the purpose of the pressure cooker if you have to turn the tails?
how come you only used half a cup of water before you put the pressure on?...surely you need a bit more water to build pressure
You sure you didn't have on slow cook? 4hrs is a lot of time in a pressure cooker
You didn't say for how long you cook potatoes and carrots.
It’s not a pot roast. Skip the potatoes and carrots
4 hours in oven, not in pressure cooker. What is the point of pressure cooking it then?😊
Ok,,now that's not what I'm into a Crock-Pot could have done it better.
*I have to get a pressure cooker. Grandma had one she used on the stove top.*
I remember those
Wwww
