Honey sugar powder is not a regular item, and certainly not easy to make yourself. Your recipe should include how to substitute it.

You right, honey sugar powder is not a household item. Unfortunately, this technique requires the honey to be in powdered form. You can try using only sugar (1 cup), but there's no substitute I'm aware of that will give you the correct honey flavor.
