@CookingwithManualFocus You are so welcome! The only thing better than a rack of ribs is two racks of ribs. That's exactly what I did too. I wanted to compare Smithfield versus Farmer John. The Farmer John were far meatier. I smoked them on the pit boss and for the first three plus hours I did it in smoke mode on the P6 setting. They really came out amazing. I might have even published a video for them. Have a great day man!
