Mine was 82 kg and now its 58 kg. Chew your food well and liquify it and drink it. Drunk 4 litres of water everyday. This is what I did. I take minimum half an hour to eat food

I take small bite while chewing. I avoided sugar and jaggery till my weight became normal. After I reached my normal weight I started taking crushed palm jaggery in oats or sometimes I take coffee there also I used crushed palm jaggery. 61 kg is my normal weight but still I started loosing weight even after taking palm jaggery. Now its reached 57 which is my ideal weight. At 55 kg i will not allow anymore loss in weight. At 55 kg i will maintain it. I am realizing now my metabolism became fast. As compared to the early days

Mine was 82 kg and now its 58 kg. Chew your food well and liquify it and drink it. Drunk 4 litres of water everyday. This is what I did. I take minimum half an hour to eat food

@@sonamary6488 i think may be around 4 months. I applied 32 to 40 times chewing rules. I took count while chewing the food. And all my focus is on food while chewing it. Water I drink by sipping it. I take small bite while chewing. I avoided sugar and jaggery till my weight became normal. After I reached my normal weight I started taking crushed palm jaggery in oats or sometimes I take coffee there also I used crushed palm jaggery. 61 kg is my normal weight but still I started loosing weight even after taking palm jaggery. Now its reached 57 which is my ideal weight. At 55 kg i will not allow anymore loss in weight. At 55 kg i will maintain it. I am realizing now my metabolism became fast. As compared to the early days
