CanoeKulele Music is a girl, a canoe, a ukulele, floating, singing, and playing music on the California Delta. Ilene McHolland plays, sings, and sometimes gives insight on life, and music, while floating in her vintage canoe, in the heart of the California Delta.
Today I play my antique banjolele that belonged to my Great Aunt Kate.
"Bill Bailey, Won't You Please.... Come Home?" is a popular song published in 1902. It is commonly referred to as simply "Bill Bailey".

I was tortured with this song when I was a kid when it showed up in an episode of The Jetsons cartoon. Also, Will You Marry Me Bill, Billy Don't Be a Hero, Billy Don't Lose My Number, The Continuing Story of Bungalow Bill, etc. 😃 This was fun, though.
