Your head cam does not see what you see. It’s several inches above what you are working with. Watch Vicki’s video on the riser installation, you’ll see a better view/perspective.
Ramey, it was made by a member on the fjrforum.com, there are many available upgrades from specific members for very little cost. The backrest came in different options depending on what you want.
Abel, you said you removed the looms that hold the cables harness leading to both handles. What did you use instead of those two wire looms? Just ziplock ties? Thanks!!

What pillion backrest do you have and did you have to upgrade the rear end to be able to mount it properly? Thanks

Yes, but be careful not to create a binding effect on the cable. Turn the bars full left/right after installation during your first test ride.
@@stose85 Okay, thanks much!
do you know how close it brought the bar back to the rider. i have very short arms.
40mm closer and 23mm higher. I'm 5'8 and it made the reach much easier. No shoulder burning on long rides.
Abel Stose thanks buddy.
No problem Ted, glad I could help.
Thanks for video, but a head-cam is not the best to view. Had motion sickness watching.
