32:00 This guy... he testifies that a year before Lynn died he saw her sitting there with a bottle of vodka and a bottle of visine. But Jessy's story was that she started mixing her vodka with visine just a couple months before she died. Seems pretty obvious his role was just to back up her story, but they forgot about making sure the timelines matched.
I guess it would depend on when it was that she gave that fake story. Either way it’s total BS. However, the timelines could still match up. Like, if she had given that story let’s say 6 months after she died, and then they went to court on it another 6 months later- then the timeline would match up.
she had multiple interviews, she only admitted to lynn mixing the visine with vodka in her third or fourth interview after they told her she had a fatal amount in her system.
@@bethmackins2433 Yeah, that's my point. At 29:34, Jessy says "she was doing it for two months at least". Jessy explains the visine thing as something Lynn started doing a couple months before she died. But then this guy at 31:10 was called in to back up Jessy's story. The problem was that he admitted the last time he was in Lynn's place was a year before her death... but he also said he saw her bottles of vodka and visine right there. So Jessy, who sees Lynn all the time is saying she started mixing her vodka with visine two months before her death, but this guy claims he saw her doing it a year before her death. Doesn't make sense, unless you assume they're just trying to tell the same fake story.

Lynn’s health decline starting a year before her death was most likely due to poisoning. I’m wondering if any toxicology rests were run during that time. It is not something drs would necessarily do.
I was just thinking, I wonder if they ran any tests on her hair to see how far back that they eye-drop poisoning went back. I agree, the health decline was probably due to the poisoning. Very sad situation, and Jessy had to be a really horrible person to do that to someone who loved her so much 💔
Our Death Care System/ Medical Industrial Complex is a complete failure/ completely incompetent and ignorant, and this kind of crime happens tens of thousands of times annually, the vast majority of which are undiscovered/ undiagnosed. Law Enforcement as well is completely incompetent, lazy, and do not give a damn. It happened to my Dad last year and the Police won't even investigate. The hospital/ doctors instead of accurately diagnosing that he had been poisoned over many months, instead finished the job by pumping him full of IV Fentanyl, Propofol, Sedatives, etc. etc. He was dead in a few days.

I would also like to draft legislation which protects patients, and nuclear family members from becoming victims of such crimes, and victims again after the fact by the Hospital/ Medical Malpractice, the Government/ Politicians (bad laws, no laws/ lack of protections), the Police/ Law Enforcement, and other organizations/ corporations whose interest are money over human lives (just like the Criminals).

The defense claims that Lynn wanted Jessy to have all her money, so that Jessy wasn't stealing from Lynn. But that contradicts Lynn's will, which is her actual legal final wishes... and in which she left only half her money to Jessy, half to the other kid. So no, Lynn did not want Jessy to have all of her money (but it's what Jessy wanted.)
But it is hard to find out. Where do you start? With open water bottles? And if someone prepares you food, you would have to say: sorry, I won't eat anymore what you have prepared. That is a huge decision.

Did the investigators ever find all the bottles of visine on the day she died? If Lynn put the visine in the bottles and then died, where were the bottles? Jessie put the visine in the bottle and took the bottles with her when she left her die.
Absolutely, it’s either tommy or Micheal, the crime completely fits spoilt rage, and they got away with it because of their connections to the Kennedys.
There is something about crimes involving a group of friends that seems so scary and sad to me. I feel so bad for this girl. I definitely think both Tommy and Michael were involved. Either they made a pact to both have sex with her, obviously she wasn’t into that, things went wrong, and they both moved her body. Or Tommy was with her when Michael attacked her out of psycho jealousy (and because he was a creep) then Michael and Tommy moved her body.

This is a good argument for longer sentences and better supervision of parolees. Where was her parole officer when all of this was going on? Also, will Lyn’s other heir be able to get his half of the estate? Because Jesse stole from him too.
As a caregiver myself, I am appalled by Jessy's decision to take Lynn's life with eyedrops. I never give a client medication without permission. I would NEVER assist in a suicide attempt either. 😢
It’s so scary to think someone can fake care about you & use you like that. It takes a special type of evil cold person to do that. Especially to someone who you’ve known literally your whole life?? Crazy.

I know that my kids go through my purse the second they get the chance! And that's exactly what looks like happened with that woman's purse.... I may not be right on this theory but I'm almost positive that he didn't do it....
''when your married to a man you know his heart and soul'' no ma'am! you only know the 'him' he presented to you after this happened. you weren't there at the time nor do you know what kind of marriage they had, you only know what he's told you and how he's 'acted' with you.
OMG, for real! That woman disgusts me with her entire affect of the ditzy blonde, clicking cheek noises, and her statement that she basically has magic powers to know his soul. 😖😖😖😖
Exactly! And she couldn't even come up with one good reason when questioned
@@insekta1701 haha, it didn't work with you! I bet she is surprised she convinced no one.
There are *SO MANY* wives of murderers who never suspected a thing. She has to acknowledge that it's possible.
There is no, absolutely no reason, and no evidence that Jim murdered Kathy.
Jessy Steal-yo-Checkski
😂
czechski! lol
That poor Lynn would have lived on the toilet with that mix 😢
It makes no sense to trust someone who was in prison for stealing money.
That isn’t true…. A lot of people are just in the wrong place at the wrong time. I also have a large criminal record from 18-22, but I have not been in any trouble in 10 years. I was just young and dumb, homeless, and living in the streets. But I would have to say it also depends on the charges. Don’t trust somebody that has identity theft with your money.
The only person saying that she was trusted with her money is the one that stole the money. She's probably lying to try to get off
some people get so lonely that they look past things they shouldn’t but I’m with you 💯 if you’ll steal from Walmart.. you will steal from me.. if you will steal a dollar.. you’ll steal a million 🤷🏻♀️

To keep stealing her money!😮
My favorite Judge, the honorable Jennifer R. Dorrow. Present and accounted for✔️🙂

She's right up there with Judge Aquilina
Shes beautifully professional 😅
I love her! Proud she represents Wisconsin 😊

Unfortunately , my brother Married to a serious gambler. Who lost so much money in the past decades. Thankfully I convinced my father to write my name in his will.before he passed away.-- to ensure my mother will be safely protected from that sick woman. Why do lawyers foolishly try to paint a picture of friendship between two people as a defense for the perpetrator??

Yoy mean you don't? 😊
Thanks for the upload. Saw much about this already but watching anyway. 👍🏻👍🏻
This one's doing the rounds.
I knew this wasn't new cuz I live in Milwaukee Wisconsin and remember this first case...
Lynn’s health decline starting a year before her death was most likely due to poisoning. I’m wondering if any toxicology rests were run during that time. It is not something drs would necessarily do.
👍👍👍👏👏👏
@@Sovereign_Citizen_LEO who poisoned him and with what! Toxicology results! I would be angry, too. However tempting it is to blame an entire system, there are individuals who really do care. I consider myself one of those as an ER dr. But I have worked with guys who didn’t seem to care. Would like to hear more of your story.
@@kkdoc7864 - I'm not condemning the entire medical establishment here or everyone in it (or even close to that). I'm saying having studied this for almost 50 years, studying to become a doctor (never happened) and having been a victim of it now 3 or 4 times at least (myself, family members, friends) I have a well educated/ well informed, and somewhat unique perspective/ body of knowledge.
Part of the goal of this (for me) is to improve the health care system, to try to prevent outcomes like my father's. Death is forever. He wanted to live as long as possible, hoping that if he could survive long enough, there might be scientific advancements in medicine that could help him live longer, and/or cure or diminish/ improve his ailments.
Nobody robs a house when someone is obviously home and not have a weapon and need to go outside to get an axe from the victim to use!
Thanks for the upload. ❤ just got on UA-cam and was like YES a new one lol
Perfect timing, thanks for the upload!
severe gastrointestinal problems were stemming from the several different pain pills she was on.. go back and freeze frame the autopsy report she was on more than a dozen pills more than half are narcotics 🤷🏻♀️ js she was probably sad to be getting older and falling apart.. aren’t we all?! but I don’t for a second think this lady did herself in this way 💯 she had too many other drugs to have a nice peaceful bye bye than to use something that would make her hurt and sick.. this 🅱️ took advantage of that poor sick sweet lady! 🤬
You're actually insanely incorrect. Watch the trial! Not any of the medications in her system were at a level that could have killed her!
Shame on Jessy! Lynn didn't deserve to die that way. Jessy is a liar. Lynn wasn't suicidal, just concerned about her money being missing. So, Jessy was about to be exposed. Her record was extensive prior to taking care of Lynn. Bye bye Jessy!
Agree wholeheartedly
Best true crime channel on UA-cam 💯

Jesse didn't shed one tear for her so-called friend and mom.
when RFK jr said "if i'm lying about this may a worm eat my brains" i did a spit take...that says it all, to me
The defense claims that Lynn wanted Jessy to have all her money, so that Jessy wasn't stealing from Lynn. But that contradicts Lynn's will, which is her actual legal final wishes... and in which she left only half her money to Jessy, half to the other kid. So no, Lynn did not want Jessy to have all of her money (but it's what Jessy wanted.)
The greed and the stupidity is unreal, and unfortunately dangerous :( She is a definite psychopath.
Good point!
If someone you know is going from Dr to Dr and getting sicker- consider the fact that they might be being poisoned.

I like all of 48 hours shows
😊
Yes, they are all great. My fav. is First 48. But I dig `em all. Cold cases are great too in my humble .....
For the Moxley case. I have no doubt in my mind that it's one of the rich boys oppressing one of the ordinary people's girl.
Absolutely, it’s either tommy or Micheal, the crime completely fits spoilt rage, and they got away with it because of their connections to the Kennedys.
I don't usually think like this or talk like this, but in this case, it is just too obvious.
The Moxley's were wealthy people too
There is something about crimes involving a group of friends that seems so scary and sad to me.
Episode 2: No judgement intended, but let me say, so too did wives say, “When you marry someone, you know their heart and their soul” said Gary Ridgway’s wife and Dennis Rader’s wife and a many others. So, no, sorry dear, you NEVER truly know another person thoroughly.
Episode 3: Really, RFK???😵💫
Love your post! I agree with you 100 percent!
My thought too
Exactly!! I would NEVER imagine my ex husband, when we divorced, because we got along better once we divorced, and I was shocked to find out he was molesting our 5 yr old daughter when he had her for visitation! He did that for a full yr and when I found out I went directly to the police department and he went to prison, he even admitted to me that he did it, but I was in shock and questioned a lot of my life because out of all the men that I have dated I would have staked my life on him never doing such a thing. Ppl have secrets, and no one can say that they know, for sure, what a person is capable of especially before they met.
They did ZERO investigation of Laraby. Absolutely pathetic. Not back then, not all this time later. Didn’t even ask for an alibi. I stg I loathe investigators even more than regular
Um, yes they did. Watch the actual trial
Such Horrors people have suffered, Mercy, Rest Easy sweet people

Judge Dorow is Awesome!
Fear not..when there is not evidence...they will always "find" some...👍..I hate it when they say it's "suspicious" when someone lawyers up...it's absolutely stupid not to and there is this stigma that having counsel makes you look guilty...no it shows common sense...I get so sick of detectives saying "oh he looked nervous when we accused him"....WELL DUH....I was questioned about a very serious felony...and guess what I was NERVOUS when they dropped the bombshell on me even as a innocent man....just stop with that plz...
Through all those visits to the hospital, that poor woman was dying a painful, slow death from poisoning. This is so sad!😥
Okay..one more episode then I'll go to bed 😊
Wooooohoooo im finally caught up! Ny favorite true crime show ever.
So, after some 40 years of having nothing to charge Krauseneck for killing his wife, they suddenly do even though nothing had changed? OTHER than they got a pathologist to disagree with others, and say that Kathy died at 3:30 am. Baden was able to determine that after ~40 years?
They acted like it was a big deal because they found no other DNA in the home, but even before DNA testing criminals knew to wear gloves to keep from leaving fingerprints. To know you can be prosecuted just because they don't have anyone else, is *FRIGHTENING.*
Episode 2 I don’t understand judgement like this there was no new evidence or new investigation
There was an extremely long and very thorough investigation. You have no idea how much of an investigation was done by watching under an hour of a summery on 48 hours
With friends like this you need no enemies
What a wonderfull justice system you have got out there in the thrird world country of freedom and opportunities

Love Judge Durow!! She’s moral, fair and speaks her mind…I saw her patience and yet boldness during crazy man’s trial….she’s got the patience of a saint for sure to deal with “sovereign citizen” Daryl Brooks😉
But she called this one correctly IMO also.
If she was never given a diagnosis for her complaints, then why did she have so many prescriptions?
To put a Band-Aid on her symptoms. Some antidepressants are frequently prescribed off-label for pain management, migraine prevention, menopause, neuropathy, etc. Gabapentin is prescribed for a plethora of symptoms. Etc., etc., etc....
Meds are prescribed without a diagnosis and off label all the time. It's treating symptoms with no idea of the cause.
To make Big Pharma BIG BUCKS... "That's the American Way"🤪😷🤑
because it's easier and cheaper for the doctor's and insurance companies to pay for a prescription then more tests.

This is a good argument for longer sentences and better supervision of parolees. Where was her parole officer when all of this was going on? Also, will Lyn’s other heir be able to get his half of the estate? Because Jesse stole from him too.
She was sick and doctors could not figure it out, for how long? And then after she dies they do?
Jessie's behaviour with the detectives is simply hilarious 😮... Those tapes alone did it for me. How many far fetched lies can one person invent?
As a caregiver myself, I am appalled by Jessy's decision to take Lynn's life with eyedrops. I never give a client medication without permission. I would NEVER assist in a suicide attempt either. 😢
That's because she's lying about that.
It’s so scary to think someone can fake care about you & use you like that. It takes a special type of evil cold person to do that. Especially to someone who you’ve known literally your whole life?? Crazy.
Shes one of my favorite judges
Poor Martha Mosley, RIP at 15. Sad. Spoiled rich kids/ People, Always able to have money talk, so they can walk…. 😢😅💙
what gets me is that most of these defense attorneys who are relatively unknown get these defendants that they know are guilty but still defend them hoping (in my opinion) to make a name for themselves. i get that everyone (and it's not by my choice) deserves legal representation but when do these attorney's sacrifice their own morals to make a buck, being an attorney used to be a solid profession but now it's mostly about getting coverage or money.
I don't know if this man did it or not but the truth is that no matter how long you think you have known someone, you will only know the parts of them that they will show you. We NEVER fully know another human being despite our wholehearted conviction that we do!

Thankfully this monster will go to prison for a very, very long time and will have to repay any cent she makes if any. There was no forensic evidence, I believe.
You think you know, but you don’t! You never fully know a person as only they know what they are hiding.
Well it’s as good as the evidence that the prosecution had. “Common sense should tell you…” In other words, “we can’t prove it but we think he did it so you should think that too.”
