- We have had so many request from customers if we could prebuild control decks for them. We have taken it to the next level and now you can install a complete pandora kit in under 5 minutes assuming you have removed your factory J panel/CPO and installed a LCD driver if using a A1U factory LCD! These are complete drop in kits, for the Wave1/2 machines only. More panels will be added like the wave3 and Legacy and a vertical setup!

The kits you have online are legit. I have a Killer Instinct Pro cabinet and would like to buy a kit but there isnt one for it
I'd like to see an ultimate 1 player in the future. Due to the 1up space constraints, I envision it could feature: GRS/Thunderstick Discs of Tron push/pull spinner as the spinner; a trackball; a flightstick for AfterBurner/Space Harrier/Mad Planets; a 4/8way switching joystick (magstick+ or a new one that features the new GRS gateswitcher). I'd also like to see a more premium offering that includes Ultimarc 360 (afaict, it can handle almost any joystick game via pc software). The 360 supposedly is gateless, can behave as digital or analog. It can apparently be used for weird games like Ikari Warriors if I read correctly. A panel for this brand, along w/happ or iL might need to be a little thicker due to their bases compared to standard Japanese or generic sticks. The panel could be sold separately w/the knowledge a user could add any Western style stick as well.

Hey I just ordered my first 1Up cabinet. It was on sale for 200 bucks and want to add one of these Pandora boxes in the back. I know I need the hdmi thing for the monitor but do I also need new buttons? I don’t mind using the ones that came installed for the time being.
I have a pandora 18s and Simpson 1 up. So there’s only 2 buttons in the Simpsons arcade layout (A and B) for up to four players. Also the connection to the existing monitor isn’t made via hdmi. Any way to make this work or tips on how to go about it? Thanks

Looking into getting one of these kits for an original 1UP MK2 cab. Main question is: the monitor probably still needs a power source. Can the original plug that comes with the cab be used just for the monitor? And if that's the case, how do you turn the monitor on/off now that the power switch is just for the Pandora? Thanks!
the lcd will sleep when the pandora is off. Kit comes with a splitter for power.

would work with any family edition, but the kit includes it all. It is a 100% plug and play package.
Is that harness good to use on any pandora box if I wanted to use a different one in the future?
It will work on any pandora that uses a family harness and the same pinout as the 3A one.
Are these kits customizable in terms of bat top and button colors?

I'm trying to install additional speakers that will power on and off when I turn the arcade 1 up machine on. I was told in order to do that I have to split into the oem motherboard but I dont know where that oem mother board is. Based on your video I'm assuming the oem mother board is under the control deck where you plugged the left and right speakers in. Am I correct?

Hello, is it possible to start the games on this system by connecting a coin system instead of pressing a button? In this case and when necessary, I want to be able to switch between the two systems. Which arcade version of Pandoran should I buy and is there an extta part I should buy?
any pandora will work, to use a mech simply remove or splice into the coin wire and hook it into the switch on the coin mech. easy as that
I have the Capcom Legacy Street Fighter 2 arcade1up cabinet. Can you or anyone tell me if I will require a specific Jamma Harness to connect the Pandora Box to the arcade and which one do I need? Is each arcade1up cabinet different and require a different harness? Thanks!
the kits are plug and play. It will have all you need except the lcd driver

Thank you I was talking to you last night and I'm ordering it now I fully understand took me a bit to understand that this is a full kit the picture shows it blank from what I understand these are ones for all types of games but it's all in the kit for 376 then the other is 33 give or take a fue bucks thanks for you time

I just installed one and my screen is upside down. Is there a way to flip it? I installed the screen correctly on the machine
If installing into a vertical cabinet you will physically have to rotate the screen. Takes 5 minutes we got a video on it if you cannot figure it out
