It is the industry standard for 40k tournaments, you use it to search upcoming tournaments, signups, use while at the tournament to record scores etc. You can use it for free to sign up for tournaments and play but then you can't see other results like Travy is going through (its a small fee I can't remember the exact amount from the top of my head)
