I know there are a few shots that landed outside in the video. I figured it'll be more real plus shows more variations on how the tricks are used if I left added those clips and there! 100k subs soon woohoo! Flick shots is a very lucrative way to win a point. It gives you (and your partner in doubles) a free chance to attack. That's if they can't anticipate it. But it can easily backfire on you when they do anticipate it and will most probably smash it down when you are in your vulnerable position. Its kind of annoying when your opponents does it to you most of the time in a game but it does get the job done.
You've probably been asked this many times but what's that racket you're using? Looks good but it's not familiar to me. Almost looks like my Duora Z strike except with a glossy paint coat.
Yeah glad you mentioned the caution part near the end because especially in doubles, you instantly lose the point if the opposite front court player anticipate/was in range to intercept it
nice video! But it would be great if you could do a video on the cross court netshot on the backhand side, especially when late for the shuttle (because i find it harder to control), thanks!
Nice video u are doing great work I want to know i am very slow on court i do court running and more thing but i am not able to improve and i am normal guy means not overweight give so tips plz I become faster on court and plz make a video on game sense means how make points
Hi ! If you want to increase your speed on court, there are many ways. Footwork drills for example. On this channel, you will find a video posted not that long ago about a special exercise to increase speed : multiple dashes forward at full speed for 30 seconds and 5 minutes rest between each drills. It was very effective for me. Watch the video if you have time ;-) cheers !
It's hard to answer without understanding context. First, you need to understand why are you struggling with attack clears? Is it the inability to 'see' the attacking clear? Or that you're unable to move quick enough or aim well in a difficult position? From there you can work on anticipation, footwork or your recovery techniques to solve this problem Winston ;)
A Drive is not a deceptive shot and you are using the full forearm motion and finger power to play a flat (or as steep as possible) punchy shot. This flick is deceptive as you pretend to make a net shot and then using your finger power to flick the shuttle to the back court. It is a bit more of a loopy shot in order to avoid opponents making a block.
I think Sean covered it quite well! Although I don't think it's necessary to try to make the flick deceptive by pretending to net all the time. Other than that, I totally agree with Sean's description, and drive is done in mid court, and flick is done in the front court :)

Hey. Nice to see you. How e your shoulder now?
Great content and an entertaining video again Gerald thanks!
When u watch to counter the shot
Is flick shot a deception
It can be, if you 'show' a soft shot first e.g. show a net shot, hold the position as long as you can, then flick.
@@fijtips112 thank you

mind if i ask whats the difference between drive and flick shot? seems like i have misunderstood some terms.
