You already I love your channel so here's a bit of constructive production advice! :)
The weird wobbly effect on the video is due to the flickering of the lights of the venue being caught by a shutter speed that's too fast. You can adjust it on your camera, and if you're filming with a phone, you can download an alternative camera app that lets you lower the shutter speed to get a more stable image. I hope this helps!

Why is it when I swing my racket either in forehand or backhand grip, I always feels like the racket want to go from my hand as if I'm not holding it strongly. Though, I have trained my wrist and grip strength but still it can't.

@@Bgbadminton yes I started playing badminton 2 years ago when I was 35 years old. I record all of the my games and my best shots when I play at the club. I use the videos to try to improve my play as I love the sport. I have no coaching available where I live in the United States so I’m relying on online resources to improve. My progress is slow but I have made a lot of progress since I started and considering I have had no formal training and that I started much later in life
