This is discrimination and that is a violation of housing laws. Sue them and buy him a house due to their stupidity. If they are refusing his money they are setting a clear case for litigation.
They can not evict your son because he is Autistic, that is illegal... now they may find other ways to get him out, but def , start recording everything. And yes, look into ADA and housing rules.

I've never met a low rent landlord that would turn down money unless the tenant was costing them more than it was worth.
Um.... I'd be checking out the Americans With Disabilities Act. Its there a fair housing law on the books? That is discrimination in the truest sense.
