I am fit for my age and a masters swimmer, this one did me in! I like it is minimal equipment and I do not have to use a gym and can do this at home.
Very well designed workout
If this workout gives you that balanced look that she has firm ,womanly body, and not a ripped muscular look then I'm in.
It’s really hard to actually achieve that ripped muscular shape for women as it’s hard to build and maintain muscles. You wanna a more lean and toned body, just use smaller weights, or own body weights, do more reps. The goal is to start doing some workout, then finding excuses not to.
