I changed my fog light bulbs to LEDs recently. It was quite a pain to fit them into these small light units but I managed to seal the rear cover sections with duct tape. The LEDs work fine giving much more light than standard H3 bulbs and their color now match my 6000K LED headlights.

Maybe four months ago I have a difficulty to change the fog light because they are not working so I take the car to that Alfa Romeo dealer and they change the fog lights bulbs
But seeing you do it make it look easy next time I will do it by myself hopefully I do not break anything 😆

Hi Tony. Please ignore any of my previous comments on this subject. These are not sealed units. you can rotate the rear cover section clockwise to remove it and get to the bulb. I wouldn't want to replace the whole unit every time a bulb went. they retail for about 80 squids a piece. Interestingly they are not handed. they are the same both sides

Yeah Tony that would be great.my rear third brake light isn't coming on with full brightness when pressed. A few LEDs aren't on at all on one side of it. Reading up people say you have to remove spoiler.

Hi another very useful disassembly how to video Tony. I wonder if a bit of a spray with WD40 would help the plastic clips come apart more easily? On brittle plastic, maybe this could stop breakage of the plastic. Also, do you find the small lights sufficient in England Fog??

So my left fog light has stopped working...will I need to replace the whole unit or can i open the unit up to change a globe?
Hi Andrea. You can change just the bulb. I have a video due to come out on this. I filmed it this week so hope it will be out next week.
