The only one that deserves hate is the Santa Cruz. The Ridgeline is pretty cool as far as the first gen, and the maverick is honestly the only new car I've literally wanted.
Agreed. The Ridgeline is more than enough truck for most people's needs. If you want to tow 5000lbs and off road driving is not your priority, the ridgeline is a great choice. And if you think the ridgeline is ugly, look carefully again.
ay you forgot the accords 🥲 my man, the CE1 (5th gen accord wagon) is a good competitor to most, and its F22B has iron sleeves from factory, making it easy 300 WHP on stock internals
Don't shit on the Ridgeline. It's not a truck as in body on frame, sure. But for around town truck stuff it's more than enough for the everyday user, and it rides way better than any actual truck.
As a owner of a Honda CR-Z you are right about the marketing, that was the only downfall. Where you are wrong is the Hybrid system really makes it fun, it's still super light compared to vehicles nowadays, weighing in at 2,600lbs, throwing it around turns is so much fun. Plus it is the only Hybrid with a 6-speed manual (which I do have). It also gets an average of 40mpgs, up to 50 if I'm being extra careful. It a super fun car and a good successor in my opinion to the CR-X. It's a very overlooked car, especially in today's time. Look more into them more
Would u guys consider making a video about their bikes😜😎? I had an Element for a while ,K24 alright machine. I see why they were popular. They bring those back
@@FitmentIndustries the ridgeline is more than capable for 95% of truck activities. Most people don’t tow anything with there trucks. It’s payload and towing capacity are right in line with its comp: Tacoma, ranger, maverick, and frontier!
The gd3 2007-8 Honda Fit was a good car. Reliable and nimble but lacked power with the L15 motor barley making “109” hp which is like 87 whp. Fun car for backroads but lacks on straight line speed. Love the car but honda should’ve put a different motor in the small Car for sure

i agree that the CR-Z was advertised wrong. i own one, and i have to say that i think it was just a little ahead of its time. the CR-Z 6MT has an absurd amount of potential if the aftermarket was there for it at the time. with the EV revolution and all the technology coming out of it, all it would take is a similar formula as the C8 corvette. ICE power in the front wheels, electrified rear wheels. i have plans to put a set of orbis ring drives on the back of mine and maybe if i can afford it/find a way some day a new lighter battery pack. orbis ring drives are 75hp per wheel roughly, so thats an extra 150hp coming out of the rear for a total of 280hp. the car is already zippy with 130, cut some of that battery weight too and the CR-Z will turn into an honest depiction of what honda was intending it to be.
Thanks for the video. With all due respect to the editor, I think the volume jump in the intro between the talking and car footage could have been balanced better.
Sad thing about what Honda lost from the Takata scandal is that the Takata scandal isn't really Honda's fault. If Honda allegedly knew about the airbag problems before reporting anything, then how did Honda's competitors not know about the issue? That said though, Honda has introduced a new airbag with Autoliv, and unlike the Takata airbag, Honda is involved with designing the new airbag.
When Honda started to go with the mono port exhaust that was their down fall, then the turbo no vtec motor. Yeah it’s faster but it’s not the same feeling as a 9k Rev all motor vtec machine
I was disappointed by the newer NSX greatly. It's the slowest 'supercar' in it's class when it came out and I'm sure it's even worse now. And like he mentioned, WAY overpriced for what it is. And Honda disappointed everyone when they finally brought the Type R to the US but to this day, have not made a good, cheap (ish), fun RWD car like the S2000 again.
@Justin S. Oh, I know. They know their market has gotten older with those types of sporty cars from the past. They think as we got older we made more money.
