I normally couldn't say this so easily, but Wanwan's compositions are easily on par with ZUN's. So many of his songs are just incredible, and this is no exception. A pretty excellent final boss theme, to say the least.
Another dude turn into a girl. Same goes for tenmu. Mitama is Sugawara no Michizane , a famous scholar and poet, one of three great vengeful spirits of japan. Since he’s a divine spirit, he can alter forms. Google for more for why he is thunder god or tenjin.
I am now honestly convinced that all the fanmade Touhou themes by Wanwan are my second favorites after ZUN's. So many different feels throughout pretty much every boss' theme in The Last Comer and here in Mystical Power Plant. This theme belongs to my Top 5 of all the fanmade Touhou themes after The Greatest Salvation and Prospect Mirai. Greets :-)
She looks like the result of an unholy affair between Rinnosuke and Shou. Her theme is perfectly fine though, but I still favor Mankind Salvation Plan over this, that's still my favourite fan-made theme ever.
