There's a lot more functionality i implemented just left it out, felt like it would make the video too long, i can make a whole video on how i made if there's interest. Godot's amazing, i have so many other ideas that i could add thanks to Godot. Also made streaming better since i dont have to alt-tab every time 😄
@@ElementLGames I'd love to see more of it and Yes, Godot's great, I always wanted to get into game development but things only really clicked for me when I learned about Godot.
Does that work by literally just being a greenscreen in godot with everything on top or something fancier? It's a super cool and unique idea either way!
would be nice if you could explain how you achieved the overlay and click-through effect. i made something similar with unity. not with chat or anything but just a simple overlay that displays information for me. and now try to switch to GODOT due to .. "REASONS" xD so help would be appreciated! ^^
I am also currently working on learning to make overlay style software in Godot. I feel your pain because there is an incredible lack of updated information on this topic.
@@darthvoydde141 so far this was the most promising i could find in 2 days of searching!!! I think there's an opportunity to farm some clicks with a simple tutorial ;)
That's pretty cool, nice work using a limitation that you had (1 monitor) and transforming it in a cool idea.
