My rook was grey warden and I romanced neve when she taken and after i saved her i talk to her she says at least we have something in common both of us have blight in our blood
@@16VagabondYeah, this confirms it for me. Veilguard fans just never played the older stuff. It doesn't, not by a long shot. Proper greyswardens drink from a chalice, it has dawkspawn blood yes, but other stuff like the blood of an archdemon. After, if they survived, they take an oath. This game fumbled the Blight hard, especially with how there was no sacrifice with the Archdemon.
@@twinzzlers It's obvious why there is no sacrifice to kill the Archdemon. It's explained in the game: the soul of the Archdemon returns to the elven gods, rendering them "full" and therefore mortal. Before that, the Archdemon's soul has to get to the nearest Grey Warden (the one killing it), becoming overcharged because one full soul is already there, and explodes. The Archdemon's blood is necessary to make the link, this is blood magic. The chalice is for tradition, to not forgot the past. And during all 4 games, we can see people who are blighted and express some level of resistance (Bethany or Carver, Tamlen, Dalish origin, soldiers in Ostagar, dwarves in general...).
@dorianbenedetti5841 No, that's not how it works. The chalice isn't just ceremonial, it contains liquids you need to not die from the taint. As for those others, they're doomed to die, horrifically, if they don't become a grey warden. And you need to take an oath too. So, no, shes not a grey warden.
@@Carlosdreamur there are some scenes that voice acting is bad and there are some parts that it's good. I believe it all falls to the voice director's fault not the voice actors themselves.

huh I wonder if that technically makes her a grey warden

Can we possibly see the opposite if u choose neve instead of bellara?? 👀
Holy fuck why is the voice acting SOOOOOO BAD????
It’s good? Good voice acting is whether or not the character is believable and I think that is achieved

@@Animalcules-mh8qg Indeed, the start of the game is quite glaring but Bellara's actress cooked and has a few of my favourite scenes. 😭
@@Carlosdreamur it's bad, but not as bad as with some other companions
I know right? Its like the director didnt even try
