I actually found a wisp faction vendor for the faction I didn’t choose in the Minrathous/Treviso choice. The crossroads has a marketplace where there are wisp merchants that you can sell valuables to and still get faction points for the city you didn’t save. You still lose out on the faction purchases, but you are able to sell valuables to the faction wisp and gain faction rep, even though the vendor in the city is gone. I don’t know if this was added in a patch, but no one is talking about this wisp vendor.
It's essentially the 'spirit' of the vendor that died. I was easily able to level Treviso to 100% strength. I haven't confirmed if the same applies with Minratous, I assume it does. The spirit vendor hangs out in the Crossroads 'spirit market'. You can tell it's the right one because you can sell items to it.
If you're a grey warden then you can send the mayor to the grey wardens. He then becomes somewhat of a hero and redeems himself. Definitely the best option
This was what I did. I chose the wrong option for neve when she found the blood mage and locked myself out of her final armor set. Im 70 hours in...not starting over lol

Would love to see how different this game actually is in terms of ACTUALL choices comparing to all other bioware games. I think this one is pretty much the same as the others, despite all the hate it is getting in terms of ROLEPLAY and STORY. The slight difference being you deal with less factions de facto, but the endings is close if not the same to most of Bioware games. For instance, the only thing that really matters for Mass Effect IS who survived last battles (in which case it doesnt matter if you are renegade or paragon), and the relationship between Quarians and Geth and that's it, nothing else changes the ending besides a different interaction with Illusive man and Andersen still dies anyway.
I actually got the best ending with only half the companions as Veilguards and everyone barely at two stars power, I think they really put the bar low. I thought that Davrin died because of my poor preparation but tbh thats really weird decision to just kill either him or Harding regardless of how well or poorly you prepare, wth. And unsurprisingly, the decisions available are really lacking, not just that but any dialogue self insertion or roleplay is near impossible :( What a dissapointment. I also used Emmrich for the ward and suceeded, Veil Jumpers were 3 stars tho, I think my only faction that was.
