    Hi Doctor,
What if you were born with one ovary? AMH has been normal for one ovary.
    Thank you

Hi, I would like to know if you have work with the ULEP(ultra long estrogen priming protocol). It looks it can help poor responders with DOR. The protocol is very interesting and described is ultra long, as it uses OCP, an agonist, and antagonist, the trigger shot, estrogen and the stimulation meds. It is very interesting it starts with a very high dose of Gonal or Follistism, then dose is decrease gradually and Menopur is added at the end. I love that you provide fcts and would love to see your insight about it. Thanks!

Unfortunately, there is currently no good evidence that estrogen climbing protocols work any better for poor responders than any other protocol. The search continues!!

Regular periods, very consistent, but very low amh of 0.01 at age 32 now. 5 ivfs. Always one egg only retrived, fertilised. Only two frozen embroys in total from ivf 4 and 5. Anything you recommend besides transferring, doctor?
