Can you do a video on high LH and premature LH surge? I suffer from that with my diminished ovarian reserve. It seems as though before my follicles can mature I have an LH surge. Is there anything that can be done or am i doomed? Thank you.

thank you for sharing the AMH range per age. Im 42 with AMH 0.83. I was so sad when my AMH results were released, but got comforted when you said 0.8 is normal for 42.

I'm 43. When I first got my blood tested my AMH was -.16. fast forward about 8-9 months my number has improved to .08. It's still low, but it has improved. My doctor wants me to go for embryo donation. He doesn't even want me to try my own egg. I told him I don't care let's try. I don't know if I can improve that number even more, but I'm up to the task. On top of that, according to my HSG my left tube is blocked and I have a little bit of endometriosis.
I’m 42 with early stage endometrial cancer. I found out when I was trying to concieve. I’m on megastrol and other natural treatments to preserve fertility and hopefully be cleared in a year to start trying again. There are many like me. Please make a video outlining important things we should know to help us prepare to try and conceive again, what we can do during cancer treatment to prepare, and what we can do after. This would be awesome!!!! I’m on megastrol which took away my period. Then I was had to get an IUD. Between the two I can imagine in a year I’ll be messed up hormonal speaking. Im also on a low animal protien keto diet to keep me in ketosis while adding HBOT and high dose vitamin C, and ozone therapy. And a host of supplements to block cancer pathways. I think my diet and avoidance of toxins for cancer is similar to what you have your patients do. So maybe after cancer…I’ll be more fertile?!?!? Or I’ll need to work hard at balancing hormones? Here’s hoping!!!!

I’m 42. And my AMH is 0.80. I was told it wasn’t the best but not the worst. My dr. Said I have a chance. Still hoping for a positive soon 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

@@booi6134 I was trying on my own. But found another dr who told me I needed to remove the fibroids I have. My current Dr failed to do this. She just ignored the issue. I just had surgery 10/17 this dr seems hopeful that I can get prego on my own! 🤞🏽finger crossed after i recover.

I am 25 and I just recently had an ovarian cyst removed through laparoscopy and I am scared of not being able to carry a baby after this procedure. I took an AMH test one month post laparoscopy and it was at 0,5. Before this procedure I was at 1.48 AMH. Was it low because the ovary did not recover yet? and how much time should I wait before taking the test again to get accurate results?

This is my exact problem. An AMH of 0,32 ng at age 32. I was at 1,09 at age 30, so the AMH has fallen each year 1/3. They tell me I don’t have a lot of time…

Similar situation: diagnosed with stage 4 endometriosis and had my right ovary removed :( before and after surgery my amh dropped from 1.37 to 0.30. I’m not married or trying yet but trying to figure out what I can do to preserve or increase what I have at 30.
@@biologygirl91 I hear you..we are in a similar boat. My doctors have also told me I could freeze my eggs now and if it doesn't work out, there is always the possibility of donor eggs. But the possibility of getting pregnant is only if you're not entering menopause. Also, endometriosis makes it even harder to conceive. My doctor also told me that my age (early 30s) is an advantage. As long as there is ovulation occurring and you still have eggs left, there is a chance of conception. I am starting to think that maybe there are other health problems that prevent a pregnancy for me...

This has been absolutely gut wrenching for me and I wouldn’t have ish it on anyone 😥 as long as I can remember I’ve just wanted to be a wife and mother, take care of and nurture my family. I’m finishing up college now and have never had any fortune with men. But with my diagnosis my dreams felt further away, and I didn’t think it was possible. I was really hoping that once I got through school I would have the time and energy to explore dating/marriage options and have my dream. But now I can’t help but think ‘what man would want me with my fertility issues’. I’m praying for us both that in some way, even if it’s not the way we thought or planned, that we will have the child(ren) that we both long for ❤️

Hello doctor, thanks for this video. I'm watching from Nigeria. So in my case, i started having my period quite early, about 9 years old and now I'm 35...currently trying to get pregnant. Do u think getting ur period quite early like mine started can make one get into menopause prematurely? Though I've never done an AMH, and it's not up to 6 months I started trying.

I do wonder if our moms my mom had easy pregnancy and fertile she had me right away after getting married my parents married and she was pregnant within the same year like 3-4 months and right after me came my baby brother they took a break for a year and were done ✔️ then surprise ! God bless you. Take care of the high FSH. My friend had it at 10 and she ended up having endometriosis. Good news that despite that she had 2 kids and even older than you. Don’t worry and go see a doctor to help with the high FSH.
