What happens when a RED KOMODO overheats?

So the purpose of today's experiment is to discover whether or not I need to take my Komodo apart again so I can re-paste the CPU/ASIC/FPGA. It is clear I didn't put enough paste on when I reassembled the camera. Wait. RE ASSEMBLED? yeah broski, I took my komodo apart. That's like 1/3 the way thru this video.
Anyway, the camera works, which is great! But, it is definitely running a LOT hotter than it did from the factory.
Join me as we go on an adventure, discovering just how hot a Komodo can get before it overheats, and what is its behavior once it DOES overheat? All of this, filmed on an 18 year old Sony AVCHD camcorder because my other Komodo is on a gig and I can't afford the $3 for a filmic pro license on iPhone.......... unless you buy Gimbal Flex cables ;)
and/or I stop going to taco bell for some late night baja blastsssss.

What a good video, bro! A few weeks ago My komodo melted from the sdi, today it arrives on the network and they will give me the verdict, I would like to know if you know anything about the subject or if I need special cables, the camera connects with the recommended protocol and I still stop giving video! how important is 4K SDI to you? Just need 1080p output right?
