Happy Birthday! Age is just a number, though I agree that the confidence that comes with age is freeing. I'm 68 and I don't feel my age either. I still wonder what I want to be when I grow up. Funny story - I didn't mind turning 40. It didn't even phase me, but when I turned 41, my first thought was "it's irrevocable!".

I hope your birthday is good. I turned 43 this year. I don't feel my age. But nothing seems to make such a difference to me anyway. No matter what I do, or what I try, I end up in this misery hole. I think I'm going to give up and just let things be what they are, until it is over.
